Getting started!

Greetings everyone! It's been a while since we have updated our Kickstarter page. We apologies for the lack of updates, but that should change starting this month! With our television series KILL la KILL finally finished, we are finally making preparations to go full throttle on our next major project Little Witch Academia 2

We would like the first discuss about the wallpaper reward which is estimated to be distributed in May. While we understand that everyone has been patiently waiting for the first bunch of rewards to be released, we would like to kindly ask to wait just a bit more. Our schedule for April is to come up with a solid plot for the title. We thought it would be best for everyone if we can have Mr. Yoshinari illustrate an artwork based on the actual plot of the story. We plan to present our backers with the wallpaper in mid to late summer of 2014! As an compensation for the delay, we would like to present 2 concept artwork today!

Please, take your time. Out of curiosity, will LWA1 ever be available at other e-tailers for people that would rather not deal with international shipping costs and conversion fees, (like say Right Stuf? They were able to do the Time of Eve OVA after all). I look forward to seeing LWA2. (I should check out Kill La Kill too...).

I can't wait for LWA2 and whatever movie and TV series hopefully follows that. Just make sure that you write the entire script before you start any other parts of the production and you definitely won't lose your way.

Congratulations on the success of KILL la KILL!!! Trigger and staff deserves vacation time. It's been such a long time since I've lost and immersed myself into an anime.

I bought LWA1 bluray and watched the "Making of" documentary. I could see and feel how hard everyone at Trigger works. I have much more respect for what animators do. When watching an animated short, movie or tv series, the audience misses alot of the detail. When watching the documentary, I realized just how much Trigger pays attention to detail. I look forward to LWA2's documentary. I hope we'll also get a look at how the music soundtrack is created too.

Thank you for your hard work Trigger!

Cannot wait! (but take all the time you need to make it great :) )
LWA 1 and Kill la Kill have proven to me that Trigger may just be the best in the business at creating unique, awesomely fun anime.

Dear Trigger staff, congratulations for KLK anime, it was great and probably one of best animes of all history. IMHO, you need make Little Witch Academia a tv series, one more episode will not be enough for me, I think a lot of fans will agree we need more episode. Anyway, I hope your next tv series will be so good or better than KLK. Thanks for your very good work.

The entire Trigger staff should take a week off in Hawaii. They can always discuss the plot there.

    17. Youssef on April 8, 2014

Take your time, Trigger. A delayed product is eventually good, but a rushed product is bad forever.

Looking forward to this! And KLK was a great, wild ride. Can't wait until I can buy the series. Best of luck on all your future endeavors.

That's good news overall. I even like the news about the delayed wallpaper in some way. Your given reason shows, how much thought and effort you put even into small stuff like this. This once again shows to me, how much you love your work
