We hope your apparel fits just as you want, but we realize this occasionally doesn’t happen. If you would like to exchange your jacket or hoody for a different size, we are happy to work with you and get you what you want.
Please return the item you wish to exchange within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and in it’s original packaging. Your first step is to contact us at email@example.com so we can issue you a RMA#(return merchandise authorization).
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back, including any fees that may apply. We encourage you to use a carrier that provides a tracking number. Without this, we can not honor an exchange on a missing package. Once we receive and inspect your item, you will be sent an email notifying you that your exchange is being processed.
Discounted flat rates for shipping you the new size item will be made available for both domestic and international packages.
