Have a question?
This is going to sound dumb but here goes.
I let a friend of mine see my Earth moon drop and he took it apart. The magnets inside all snapped together and I can't figure out the orientation for putting them back in so there is no slowing effect on the blue slider. Can you someone help me out?
@Kenneth: Thanks for reaching out, I have just sent you more details in private message;)
Kristoph, I’m not sure how to DM you. I haven’t received my shipment either. Can you please help? Thanks.
@Mariana: Thanks for reaching out, I have just sent you more details in private message;)
@All: You are welcome to contact us directly via private message with any questions about Moondrops. We keep our account active and provide our backers with all the necessary support.
I haven’t received mine yet either :/
@Ry Rodriguez: Thanks for your opinion and for being one of the supporters that helped bring the Moondrop to life. As the author and creator of original Moondrop it is a bit hard for me to see so many similar copies of my design. I have put a lot of work in this product and i know that the original product is made with the best quality. I believe that Kickstarter is meant to bring new and unique ideas to life and it is a shame that so many people are using them to make some quick business. Anyhow just wanted to share my thoughts as a creator of the product.
Got mine. It is almost as good as the one I got for far less, several months earlier from Amazon.
@Nelz: Thanks for reaching out, I have just sent you more details in private message;)
Hrm. I thought I had left a comment... somewhere? Anyhow, I haven't received mine yet either. I believe there was some flakiness with the Postal Service for a bit, so I suspect that's part of the problem.
@Andrea,@Kenneth: I have just sent you more details in private messages;)
Have not received mine yet
I also haven't received my reward yet. Can you confirm the tracking information?
@Jack: I have just sent you more details about your reward in private message;)
I haven't received my reward yet. Can you confirm the tracking information?
@Philipp: Again thank you for the perfect explanation to Rob. We are really lucky to have a crowd like this ;)
@Emil, @Rachel, @Maria: I have sent you more details in private messages;)
I haven’t received my product yet. Have you shipped all out?

Hi, I still haven't received my order. When will I receive it?
I want to buy a couple more as Christmas gifts this year but do not want a "wannabe". Where can we order more?
Rob - magnet placement is always the same.
Lunar has an aluminum slider
Mars has a copper slider
So there is no possibility to convert lunar to mars
But both can be converted to Earth
My apologies, I should have clarified my last post. I was referring to magnet placement. I am guessing for Earth, you just remove the magnets, but wasn't sure about Mars. Lunar is explained via the post/link, thanks!
Sorry to be redundant here, but I was under the impression that there were 3 ways to use the magnets, so that you could have Earth, Mars, and Moon gravity simulated, regardless of which you ordered (I ordered Lunar). I did check the post you mentioned and I think it's only for the Moon gravity? Please let me know.
@Philipp: Thank you for helping with this. The best explanation on ''how to put the magnets back in'' is described on the update you already mentioned: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1303595549/moondrop-fidget-desk-toy-displaying-gravity-on-the/posts/1937648
@John, @Steven, @Christian: I hope you manage to put back the magnets from the instructions found on update. If you still need any help please send me a direct message and i will provide more info.
For all with questions on how to put the magnets back in - it is described nicely in update 14:
Unscrewed the luna and magnets jumped out. Fairly sure I have them back in the correct way but if you can direct message over instructions that would be great. Also, is it the same for mars?
I am still in marvel over these. They just have this "out of the world feel" to them. It is doing something that it should not be. Cool to play with.
I also need instructions o how to put the magnets back in for the lunar
I have a moon and mars, was just playing with them and noticed an interesting phenomenon. I joined them together side by side without the bases, magnetically connected. With them standing on a table, if I give them a little nudge, they bounce back or otherwise might float around slightly. And this is on a wood desk with no metal components inside or underneath.
I assume the effect is related to the same principle that makes the sliders drop slowly but not really sure. And it only happens when the two are magnetically connected side-by-side, if I separate them it doesn't do it. Regardless, it's pretty cool.
I also need instructions on how to put the magnets back in for the lunar.
@Timothy: Thank you, we thought alot about the packaging design to make it look good and avoid any possible shipping damage.
@Rajesh: Your Moondrop was sent out in the first batch which is quite ago. I just checked your package tracking and it shows that it has been delivered to you already in July. I also contacted you on private message with more details so let's continue our conversation there.
@All- if anyone else have yet to receive their package or want to know about the tracking status please contact me directly via private message. Best regards!
Where is mine ? Please refund if you unable to get me
Got mine a few weeks ago. Got one of amazon several months ago. Other than the case, I like the amazon one better.
@Matt,@Daniel: I just sent you full instructions in private messages;)
Can I get the instructions on how to put the magnets back in the mars and moon ones?
Hey, could you please send me the instructions as well. I removed the 'mars' magnets to play with earth gravity, and forget how they went in properly. Thanks!
I received Moondrop in Japan today.
I'm very happy. Thank you.
Received mine today
Lol it did show up thr next day. Thank you guys for this awesome toy. I'm lobing it already.
How do I buy more??
I would like a tracking number as well but please do take care of more important issues before you take care if me.
P.S. watch it arrive in the mail tomorrow.
All well received ! Let's start moodropping like crazy.
Thanks Guys, great campaign. Keep going like that.

Do you have any tracking informations?
Greetings from Austria!
@David Desautels, @David Morley, @Matt Telker: I just sent you more details in private messages;)
Unfortunately haven't received my moondrop yet. Could I get a tracking number?
No package for me, can I get tracking info?
I have not received my moondrop. Can I get tracking info?
@Jeff: Yes , you can turn any of them into Earth version simply by removing the magnets from inside. I sent the full instructions to you in private message.
So... why does my moondrop earth fall more slowly than the moondrop Mars? Do I just need to remove the magnets?
@Martin: Hey, i have sent a private message to you with full instructions;)
Hello my magnets fell out of the moon drop. What is the order to putting these back in ?
I received mine in Australia yesterday- excellent quality and works as expected. Well done @Kristoph on a fantastic product and communications. Good luck for the next one!
