New Community Manager

Hey everyone.  I am thrilled to introduce to you, Project Phoenix’s Community Manager!

As the game continues into development, my attention has been drawn to other aspects of the project, and away from the community itself. Thankfully, Wes was able to answer my call, and will be assisting with several aspects of the project (E-mail, Website, Social Media, and Phoenix Hangouts, etc). We have a shared vision for the direction we want to take the community, so expect some changes as we transition to a more involved and responsive project.

Please welcome him to the team!

Wes C – Community Manager

With an academic history in Creative Writing and English literature, Wes works primarily as an editor and manuscript assessor. A year spent moderating a prominent game forum made clear that he has a real love for interacting with and co-ordinating online communities. Wes’ musical passions are an almost even split between metal and video game music and he has travelled the globe to indulge both. As a long-time fan of Eminence and Hiro’s work, Wes is extremely glad to offer his time and services to help ensure Project Phoenix burns as brightly and beautifully as possible.

@Ryan Morgan, I just read the Mighty No. 9 issues. Feels like overweight bearded men in their 30s taking up pitch forks because Pikachu was mistaken for Charmander by a woman.

Thanks everyone! Wes isn't a handle, obviously -- I've used screen names and handles online for years now, and I think it high time I get 'real' about something. I can't think of a better reason than in getting behind such a sincere and passionate endeavour. I look forward to working with you all, conveying your sentiments, feedback and suggestions to the devs, because this really is a community effort that simply wouldn't exist if not for you guys, the fans and supporters.

And yes, that's one of my favourite shirts. :)

Welcome Wes, you sound like a cool guy, despite the fact that you appear to have broken into my house and stolen one of my favorite shirts!

That all sounds cool... though Wes isn't as cool a handle as, "Cronus" ;)

      Welcome aboard, yo!

      Sounds great. Welcome aboard Wes!

Sounds like things will go better with this community manager than the one Comcept got for Mighty No. 9 which caused quite a stir.

That shirt looks like it's probably awesome

Congradulations on obtaining what we can assume is a very fulfilling position within an all-star team of creative minds and AAA talent. Enjoy!
