New shipping option for Backers from Europe

Hello Agents!

We have a short, but very important information for the backers from Europe!

We've spent a lot of time searching for better shipping options for you guys.
Those costs were troublesome especially in some countries, for example, Portugal which is a home country of one of the designers of the game and the shipping cost there was upsetting.

So after searching over all available options, we finally stumbled on something that we feel is pretty cool! We were able to deal with UPS for pretty cool shipping costs all over Europe, but only when you choose a UPS Access Point option. So with this option, shipping cost to most of the countries was reduced to $8! We always say we don't really want to gain from the shipping costs and if it's possible we always look around for the better cost optimization!

Hope most of you will be happy with this information and it can still help us reach out to other possible backers!

@Yan - we based on shipping fees we have - so I really don't know why shipping to France and Spain is more expensive for our partners than to the UK for example - maybe it's in infrastructure and numbers of packages sent there.
But as you can see, when you will use UPS Acces Point, almost all countries from EU2 and EU3 are now like EU1 :)

I'm happy for the backers in Europe 1! Shipping is always something tough to handle, since most people don't perceive a lot of added value in it, and yet we are very happy to receive our games at home. I'm sure it's got to be tough to handle. Thank you for trying to help us customers!
(I found it surprising that "Europe 1" would not include Spain and France, which are usually considered "core" countries. How were the Europe splits created?)
      Cheers!

great news! I always reroute my packages anyway when possible as courier guys tend to not be reliable (don't show up as announced, can't find address, don't leave notifications...). but my pickup points (be they UPS, DHL or Correos) are pretty reliable - that however might just be luck or a neighbourhood thing

Thank you for looking into it. Less money spent on postage equals more available for add-ons!

@Boris - we need to check that. But will try to do that for Backers who want to wait.

I also backed the A4 Quest printed edition. Would it be possible to combine postage and send both A4 Quest and Blight Chronicles together? I realise that it would mean waiting longer for A4 Quest but I don't mind that. The postage for A4Quest was expensive and included "room" for add-ons in the pledge manager (I spent so much on the postage that I couldn't afford add-ons). Hopefully that means that BC could fit in with the A4Q postage.

Interesting option. Now I finally know, why all those UPS trucks arrive at that little store in the neighborhood... :)
