This is the client’s responsibility to help for a successful order delivery. There are several situations that the parcel will be returned to the shipping company’s country of origin warehouse:
-We will contact the client ASAP once we receive any notification from our shipping company that your parcel is stuck in the customs due to any custom clearance reasons. If the client does not provide any necessary information that is required by the customs(such as tax payment) in a timely manner. The parcel will be returned to the shipping company’s country of origin warehouse (Usually, it's in Singapore, Hong Kong or Dubai). If the client wants to re-ship the parcel, you may need to pay an additional fee(according to the bill from our shipping company). If you decided not to get the parcel at your own discretion, you may need to carry the burden for return shipping cost(according to the bill from our shipping company). We will refund retail price(not included extra shipping cost if paid when you placed your order) after the deduction of the return shipping cost.
-We will contact the client ASAP once we receive any notification from our shipping company that either delivery address or phone number is incorrect. However, if the client does not reply to our inquiry promptly, it will lead to the failure of the parcel delivery. The client may need to carry the burden of additional cost for re-delivery.

2. Maintain the same height of the tape measure all the way around your body, make sure it is snug but not tight.
*Chest: Measure circumference around your chest at the fullest part, under your arms.
**Waist: Measure around the natural waistline, inline with the navel, keeping the tape horizontal.

We’re providing 1 year global warranty exclude wear and tear. The warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage to any non-Cleverly product, even if packaged or sold with our blazer. This warranty applies only to the normal use of our blazer, normal wear and tear, dirt, stains and finish damage excepted, in accordance with written use instructions, if any, provided with the blazer (either in writing or through a hyperlink to such instructions). This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the blazer.Last updated:
If your blazer doesn't fit, we will be happy to exchange it for you.
We accept exchanges within a window, 30 days from date of shipment.
If you need an exchange:
1 - Contact customer service at email@example.com as soon as possible. We accept exchanges within 30 days of shipping your reward.
2 - Tell us what item(s) you are mailing back to us and what items you desire for the exchange.
3 - We will provide you with the return shipping address to ship the item(s) back to us.
4 - Once the item(s) are received and processed we will send you the alternate fit, color, or size as indicated on your exchange request email.
*Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached

Step 1 - Put blazer into a washing machine, preferably with blazer in individual washing bag and with lesser other items together.
Step 2 - Wash with warm water only
Step 3 - Pour washing liquid and non-chlorine bleach
Step 4 - Hang with enough ventilation without exposure to sunlight for too long. Or tumble dry, preferable with blazer in individual washing bag and not with lesser other items together, on medium for 5 to 10 minutes only.Last updated:
