June Update - Nearly there!
Oh, I've got exciting news!
I've just had a print proof of the hardcover with all the artwork in, and it looks gorgeous!
However, I've noticed a couple of graphics glitches, and some long-awaited proofing results came in from someone who has been looking carefully at the rules for a long time. It turns out I had some inconsistencies in titling which should now all be fixed (you might be surprised at how complicated the rules for titling can be!).
Bottom line - I've taken the opportunity to fix those graphical glitches and touch up the last minute editing points which had just come in, and tonight I've uploaded what should be the final edition to Drive Thru RPG.
It will have to be passed by the printers pre-flight checks, and then I'll get another proof copy printed - and once I've received that and gone through it with a fine-toothed comb I will be ready to let loose the dogs of war (metaphorically) and start the process of printing and PDF sending for all you wonderful people!
So unless I have some kind of disaster on the printing front, the main Starguild RPG rules (hardcover and PDF) will be arriving on time in July for you. The bonus adventures PDF should be arriving later in the month.
So, the most frequent request I had during the kickstarter campaign was "What about cybernetics / what about psionics?" So I've started work on the first short supplement, titled "Adventures in the Underbelly" which will include rules, backgrounds, history, organisations, bad guys, good guys and adventures for cybernetics and psionics.
This may be ready late this year, or early next year. I ran the first part of an adventure at a convention last weekend and I thought things seemed pretty promising.
At some point I'll be contacting people who asked to be on my mailing list to see if anyone is interested in playtesting those rules - so look out for that!
