CivCraft's Soundtrack, and an interesting project
We've got some exciting news about our artwork design. We found a good composer who worked with over 40 films and 50 video games. Alon Kaplan is very interested in composing for us, and we made an agreement to create a unique soundtrack when we'll reach our stretch goal.
Alon works with real instruments, and will add a unique atmosphere to CivCraft, both for themes, main story music, and with in-game events as well.
Here's one of his medieval soundtracks
Alon is supporting another Kickstarter project as well, and thought you may want to check out their campaign
Disciples Of The Storm (DOTS), by Nathan Hunt, is a unique, fast paced Real Time Strategy (RTS) game set in the fantasy world of Sonus where an ancient feud between the deities, known as Tempests, have torn the world apart leaving little more than raging storms below and skies filled with floating remnant of islands where the people of Sonus now live. The four factions of rain, wind, sun and thunder must battle to survive in this harsh climate gathering resources and gain favor from the Tempests.
DOTS is focusing on the classical game NetStrom: Islands At War gameplay style. It's backed by a strong artwork and story, a unique gameplay, with islands, treasures and ruins.
Nathan Hunt's Kickstarter Project was funded for almost 30K out of the 50K funding goal and with 38 hours to go, Nathan is asking you to push him and his team to that final goal. Visit Disciples Of The Storm and make your mark on Nathan's project!
In the meanwhile, stay tuned, and keep spreading the word!
