@Creator, the recent updates were rubbish (and there wasn't one posted in May anyway). Can you please provide a DETAILED update on EXACTLY what tasks remain prior to shipping? As backers we have every right to this information, and if you do not communicate then the backers will think this is a scam. From my side, I will wait a couple of days for a quality response, otherwise I will pursue other alternatives. (Unfortunately I have now been bit by several scams and I am not in the mood for another one.)

3 keep adding more each week until your funded,
4 Wait until anybody who paid with credit card no longer is able to make a complaint then stop posting updates, stop adding more eye candy, and do not address any issues and take the 2.3Million USD and then say your sorry that you have design problems and will not be able to deliver the project !

We would like to convey our sincerest apologies for the delay. If you haven't checked the March update, We recommend you to check it out. It explained reasons of delay and the new estimated delivery day. By the way, the April update had been published too.
It's really stressful when we have to delay the shipping for two months. We can only work hard and ask for your patience. However, we never forget our promises. It is a must to ship out Muzo.
We will keep posting monthly update, so that you can know we are working hard on Muzo production.
Just so you know Kickstarter has a legal responsibility regardless of what they say, key point being they by hosting and ignoring complains your backing of a project indirectly makes it legit
something that after they was informed f a problem means they covering up and not taking the needed steps to prevent others from losing money or even give project team time to collect payments beyond a option to object to payments.
good luck, they will inform you that it is your own choice for backing this campaign and therefore are aware aware of the risks of kickstarter campaigns. It is not a store. Meaning, refunds is not possible
I am waiting for updates in May. Japan will soon be in the season of cicadas. I am looking forward to Muzo because I am stuck with the symptoms of hypersensitivity of hearing.
The refund was offered almost half of a year ago, before manufacturing the product, and that time they stated after that period, the refund option would not be possible anymore.
So too late for asking them again.
I do not think developers are willing to be responsible..
