First of all, we are very sorry for the delay and late update. There was a issue about screw structure which we discovered when it was assembled with final part 'Crown'. Because of it's detail structure, we had to test it again and again, and made the mold again during last 2 weeks. It was about really detail finishing of design. Finally, we solved the issue, and it becomes fine and perfect now. We are going to update this issue with the picture in next week days.
We really understand your disappointment from the delay. We are apologizing that again. However, with your big patience and support, we could be now here.
By this week, the final assembling process will be done which is all work by hand-made. We are going to update the process and pictures including packages for you!
Also, the e-mails that we should've been sent weeks ago are going to be sent by this week days to check up your address information each. They were delayed with the 'Crown' structure issue. We tried to give this update with the solution. Sorry for the late news!

Hi!
Could you please explain if we are able to choose the leather tassel color AND choose the metal color? Or the leather color dictates a metal color, which you have already determined? I saw in a few places that there are rose gold caps (as well as yellow goldtone, and black tone), are there silver tone caps? How and where can I select the leather color & select the metal cap color when I need to complete my backer survey??? Thanks!

Can you explain how the home mode works, as I don't get exactly how you are saving the battery there. Basically, I'd like something like this: If I'm in a few known locations, like my house, my mom's house, or my girlfriend's place, I'd like to register the known WIFI signals that area. If my phone is connected to any of those known Wi-Fi signals, then don't alert me if the Bluetooth signal drops from the Looper. My router has a 2.4GHZ signal and a 5FHZ signal. I'd need to register both signals.
Do you plan to have a feature like this ?
Also, can you explain how loud this is sounds ? Can you provide a sound DB level of it ?

You can attach Looper to any of your belongings. Register Looper to the mobile app, which will connect with Looper's Bluetooth sensor inside the tassel. This product has three main functions: 1. Find your phone by pressing a button on Looper 2. Find Looper through its mobile app 3. Both your phone and Looper will ring if you leave Looper behind.
You can also take advantage of the map on the mobile app, pair other Bluetooth devices to the app for tracking them, or share the last known location of your lost item to other Looper users.
