Season's Grim Things are all illustrated by Jamie Noble Frier, known online as The Noble Artist.
Jamie works creating art for board games, video games, books, album covers and a few other bits. A couple of names he has worked with are Riot Games (League of Legends) and Ed Greenwood (Forgotten Realms).
Jamie is known primarily for his fantasy/history/sci-fi work, but has covered most genres throughout his career.
Creepy scenes for Christmas fiends
The cards are creepy Christmas themed; perfect to keep your friends and family company on those cold, dark winter nights....staring back at them from the mantelpiece.
The cards are 144mm X 144mm and come with envelopes. We are already in contact with printers and will ensure that all rewards are sent out to maximise their use for this Christmas.
The two cards seen in the campaign image are near ready and there are two more to follow in sketch stages. These will be completed and shown through Kickstarter updates before the campaign is complete.
Feeding the monster
The funds raised are primarily to cover the cost of printing and postage costs (with supplementary costs outside of the UK), with the rest funding the studio to continue to create work and hopefully more ranges of Grim Things among other aesthetic treats!
We really do appreciate all the help we can get, whether it's chucking a quid in to say, "good job!" or whether you would like a bumper pack of spooktastic cards to scare your elderly relatives.
£,1500 - I'll add the printable PDF to each of the pledges at £5 and over.
£3,000 - I'll create a new design to be used and added to each of the pledges above £5 (for each four cards you will receive an extra new designed card).
Risks and challenges
I've subdued the evil snowman, I've avoided the bites of the freaky teddybear. Now all I have to do is finish off this campaign, easy right...?
Having already created two of the four images, I know I have the time to complete on this project. I have kept the campaign short for this Kickstarter to ensure you receive your cards in good time, so you can write something scary and send to your nearest and dearest.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
