John Walter curates Kickstarter's Happening Hub!

Posted by John Walter (Creator)

Director John Walter curated Kickstarter's Happening Hub as part of #MusicMonth and shared some links that inspired the making of The Earth Moves!

Here’s a look at The Art of Connecting the Dots (Or Six-Degrees of Einstein on the Beach): An Experimental Playlist by John Walter.

In his piece, John leads the reader on an incredible trip into the history of Einstein on the Beach, Philip Glass, psychedelic music, opera, and culture in general.

As Kickstarter says, “You can see the seeds of culture that would inform Glass and Wilson's ambitious work, and in turn, the film that Walter would go on to make.”

In other Kickstarter news, our film is SO CLOSE to raising 75 percent of its funding goal!

If The Earth Moves reaches 75 percent of its funding goal by Friday (June 19), we’ll release the Kickstarter-exclusive Director’s Cut of our trailer, which contains secret footage from our film!

We can’t wait to share more of our film with you! Let’s make this happen together. Back our campaign and help us spread the word.

Thanks as always,

The Earth Moves Team
