Hi, my name is Willie Yglesias. A couple of years ago I was reheating a slice of leftover pizza and I most of been watching something on TV about Hot Dog Carts around that time, when I realized that the process I used to reheat the leftover pizza can be used to create a Pizza by the Slice Cart. With the development of the Cart this would allow for the sell of pizza in high traffic areas without the expense of a restaurant. With that, I developed a Patent Pending Self Contained Kiosk. The kiosk is now open and located at The Great Mall in Milpitas serving Pizza, Empanadas, Hot Dogs and our signature Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream. I've also developed Frozen I.C.E.Bergs, our patent pending method of producing 100% Frozen Alcohol.
About a month ago, a food director from Macys came by our kiosk and tried our Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream. They stayed for the kiosk. They liked the ice cream and loved the kiosk. The kiosk would allow them to offer Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream, Coffee, Pizza, and other food items without the expense of ripping up their floors and walls to build a restaurant.
They requested us to develop the kiosk for their stores. We are planning on doing a test in their Valley Fair Women's store, on the first floor by the main mall entrance. The Macys' kiosk, which is called LN2 I.C.E., will offer Natural and Organic Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream, Boutique Style Coffee, and Natural Pizza and Empanadas. If our test work, we would be able to open more locations in most of Macys 800 stores.
Our Project Goals:
To "remodel" our current kiosk to Macys' standards for our test site. This includes replacing our counter tops, purchasing coffee equipment, and adding high quality cabinet finishes.
