Thank you for looking at our project. Further below we will attempt to share our vision with you and hope that you will pledge to help us bring the game of yours and our dreams to life.
In the beginning the world was created. The world through many years evolved to support life that would call it home. YOU! You enter the world at the dawn of the Homo Sapien. You have just become aware of yourselves and are becoming more and more intelligent as you discover the world you live in.
As you enter the world, you will live and breathe the world. You will face the same challenges they did and it will be your job not just as a single player but with many others to learn how to overcome these obstacles and advance the human race. This is your time and your story to change history for the better or worse. Every action you take has a consequence. How will you live? What will you become? What legacy will you leave behind? This is your World. This is your time. Enter if you dare!
The game is a 3D sandbox based mmorpg geared towards 18+ since the game will show some blood and guts that may not be appropriate to the younger end. We do aim to allow players to turn this off if they so wish. In this game we aim to bring new life to the role playing world by allowing you to mix and match skills to suit your lifestyle within the world. This means all combat skills will be able to be taught and learned and each skill can be chained with another to bring about an ultimate combat move.
The world will be persistent meaning it will change regularly just like the real world does. Quests only exist if you set them yourselves. Quests come in the aid of goals. Goals you set yourself rather than the developers. There are no classes, there are no set professions. In this world you make your own classes. If you want to be a medic, then you best learn the medical skills that you see fit for your role within the world. If you want to survive, you best learn to cook, make a fire or team up with people that can.
Just like the real world. Once you overcome the challenges of fire making, and general survival we will add more challenges that you will need to overcome such as plagues, earthquakes, volcano eruptions, freak weather. The possibilities are endless. Are you ready to play a game that is almost true to life and is unfair, unjust and has no forgiveness for the weak? If you have answered YES. In game Currency
In game currency will be called Divine Points. These points can be spent to help aid you in your life within the world. The game will be free and you can through special hard work gain these currency points for free that will then able you to purchase resurrection tokens to bring your character back to life when your dead or used to resurrect others and much more. To those that back us on the following reward tiers will be provided with some of these.
The game can also be converted easily for academic schools/universities. If you fall in to a learning institution then we can also set up a world so that you can teach students the history and let them explore the world in full and learn about the different concepts. You are welcome to ask us any questions about this and we hope you will also help us by funding so that not only can it become a game but a tool for students to learn. The Team so far
Hello and yes we do not have a full team at the moment and we are always on the look out for talented individuals.
This is me and i'm going to be the project manager as well as lead researcher. I am 36 years of age and I have played games from as far back as I can remember or dare to. I have always had a passion to create a game that is based on real life and starting the game way back in to the Jurrassic Era is a very exciting feature.
Kyle is a very dedicated 3d modelist and has had 8 years experience. He is the guy you need to thank for the 3d Models I am currently showing off to you.
Yair is also a 3D modelist and has 8 years experience also. He has worked for a few TV networks getting involved in 3d animation. He hasn't yet joined us on the project but will be doing once the funding is secured and we can go in to full production.
In our team we are currently missing a few programmers but we will be looking for these once we have decided on our engine platform. This is being looked in to very seriously has we want the correct engine for this type of game.
Where will the funds go?
We are raising the funds in order to help us to take the game from concept right through to a playable game. All those that help us to get the game going will be offered rewards according to their pledges. Most of the funds will go in to paying for graphics, programming and other technical requirements such as hardware. It will help us to go from part time to full time and make this game a reality and to be able to bring something that you will all enjoy for many years. Without you this project will not be the success it is meant to be.
We aim for the game to be playable on lower end PC's but still benefit from the awesome graphics we intend to put in the game. Exact requirements are not yet worked out as hardware and minimum specs may change from now to first Alpha and after Alpha testing.
The requirements below are for a rough indication.

If we get way more than the amount needed, we may implement it on to Mac and Linux as well.

Below you will find some of the models we have started work on. Although not fully finished this gives you the main idea as to what some of our characters can look like. Finished versions of the models will be shown once the game production is in full effect.
Risks and challenges
The risk and challenge of this project is that we aim to be different unlike other mmo's. This will not be a themepark mmo with bits of sandbox but rather a full sandbox game. In order to make this a success the money we need will be to obtain the correct individuals with the right skills.
I have played many mmorpgs both sandbox, themepark and fps. I feel the time has come for a game that will be directed towards the niche market like myself that yearns for a game that does not limit my character with skills and where I can fully explore the world. A game where you don't just stand still and fight. A game that doesn't have quests as such only ambitions. So if you need lots of animal hide for a particular craft, then you can either go kill all the animals or share the burden with somebody or pay to obtain them.
My skills are based in management and server hardware so the funds will go towards obtaining the correct people with the correct programming skills. I have already obtained the designers required to create the artwork as you will have seen by some of the examples.
