Just got it yesterday. Want to know if its already charged or not before I start? Will figure it out later today or tomorrow. Yay! the weather is perfect tomorrow so I can try it out than wait till spring comes. Hope no problem to try out after studying video how to use it. Can't find video for more close up to see how to use electric start etc. Hope you have one and answer me asap. Thanks

Hi, doesn't really tell me when I am going to get MY wheel! I paid $200 carriage. I would have been better putting that towards an airline ticket and collecting them myself!
Come on stop favouring your US customers. We have paid a lot of carriage and are relegated to the end of the queue. Not fair!
I am about to change addresses again. That'll be the third time while I've been waiting.
Please try to deliver my $1,400 investment before the end of March when I move.
      Thanks, David Green

Awesome electric wheel. My bike used to weigh 31 pounds. Now it weighs 51 pounds. Great bike exercise program. Can't wait to tackle the hills at RAGBRAI or anywhere without the motor.
