December Update - We're Shipping!!

Posted by GeoOrbital (Creator)

Dear Backers, thank you for your ongoing support as we progress on the exciting journey to bring our product to life.

Wheel production is settling in and wheels are shipping!

Check out the manufacturing video:  Video

Yesterday we personally delivered a wheel to our first customer - it was super awesome!

We have also released the installation instructions with video and will be releasing advanced instructions later this month. Please share your feedback about your first experiences with the wheel, so we can continue to improve our instructions and both our product and the customer experience.

Check out - for information about getting started with your wheel.

We will continue shipping wheels throughout December, January and February and will be in touch to confirm your address before we shipping your wheel. After we confirm your information we will issue tracking information.

We are approximately shipping wheels in the order that they were ordered, but because batch production by size and color there will be a fair amount of out of sequence deliveries.

Happy holidays and we look forward to exciting times as we all get rolling in 2017!

It's been over 2 weeks since your last update. Any news on ship dates for wheels ordered by your backers? What percent have shipped already?

So look. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for someone, and it's not here. I'd like to cancel my order. I do not want the wheel. What do I do?

When is the Boston pickup day?

We appreciate how disappointed our Backers are that they did not yet receive their wheel, and we will be working through the holiday period to produce and ship them as soon as possible. We expect most of our backers will receive their wheel in January and are still trying to ship some more out this month. We promise to keep you all updated. Thank you all for your patience and support.

I suggest you offer a perk to the people whom you have disappointed by missing so many self imposed deadlines. I committed to you at significant cost. I ask for honesty going forward. Remember the story of Peter and the wolf?...
