Risks and challenges
As a first time game creator I know there are going to be challenges, but I promise to take them head on and persevere to make sure that each of you are satisfied. I completely understand that charging shipping after the campaign is over can be very frustrating. I will be using a pledge manager to help manage everything and fulfillment centers to ship the game which will be helpful in keeping shipping costs low and affordable.
