Gamer Bag and Tumbler!

Hey folks! Sorry it took me so long to get these photos up - I know you've been asking about them. We knew from the get-go that we wanted the bag - the company we're ordering them from sent us one as a sample, and we use it all the dang time. It's awesome. But the glass tumbler we offered in our original project was not as thrilling - the 16-oz size was a bit big and clunky, due to the double wall of glass. So we ordered a smaller, 12-oz version. The small one fit perfectly in the Gamer Bag's side pocket (a very convenient perk), as well as my girly hands, but it was a bit... well... delicate. After about a week of use, it rolled off the car seat (of its own accord, I swear!) and the inner wall shattered.

We really don't like the idea of anyone drinking glass shards, so we've decided to switch to a plastic tumbler - and I think we've found a winner! This one holds 20 ounces, so it should get you through the day, and manages to avoid that "gas station chic" we all know so well. (It is remarkably hard to find tumblers over 16 oz. that aren't totally hideous.)

The tumbler will be printed, so the image below is actually pretty close - but the messenger bag should actually be embroidered when all is said and done. I've taken the liberty of slapping our logo all over everything, so you can get an idea of the shameless self-promotion you'll be toting around with you. :)

Wow. I didn't know what the bag would be like, but I picked it anyway. Looks like I chose well!

I think I'm in love with that bag.

Q:Why did the hipster burn his mouth on his pizza?
A: He wanted to eat it before it was cool.

Can't wait to have people ask me what the symbol on my bag is for, and I'll be able to tell them that it's a really small store in Seattle and theyve probably never heard of it. I feel hipster already.

Yeah, we totally love the bag - it fits a good number of D&D books, (including the paperback Player's Guides and such - those fit in the front pockets!) it'll hold 2 or 3 good-sized board games, or it'll hold a laptop with room left over! I think it was actually sort of meant to be a laptop bag - the back panel is padded. And the buckles do adjust, but just underneath them is a magnetic closure- so it's really easy to get into the bag without a fuss.

I actually couldn't find any handled mugs through our provider that I liked... all the 20-oz. handled ones in our price range had a distinctly 7-11 feel to them. Plus (and this is just personal preference, of course), I always hated handles on my mugs 'cause they'd never fit into my car cupholders.

That bag looks terrific! And a 20 oz mug... Great! Any chance of a handle for easier carrying when walking around?
