Heatit news

Posted by the Heatit Team (Creator)

Hi there,

We have been working hard to give you the best of Heatit. We have some great news.

Our latest design was manufactured. Guess what: Heatit is now even smaller (half size) and faster! We will be working / testing / tinkering with the newest Heatit boards till mid January. We will have workshops / in-house tests in January in Brooklyn, if you would like to participate, please let us know (hello@heatit.cc), we'd be excited to have you here.

Starting mid January, we will manufacture your boards. In the meanwhile, we've been contacting to distributors / ordering the extra parts (adapters, packages, prints. etc).

We are also happy to announce we finished the Resistor Scarves. We handmade each one, from the beginning to the end. We chose a soft, 100% woolen material as a base. We mixed color for 36Ohm - we realized that is the coolest color-combination. We printed, let them dry, printed, sew, ironed, folded, sew, iron, folded and packed for countless hours and more. Scarves are on their way, hopefully, you will receive them very soon.

If you are interested how the scarves were made / how the new board looks, please take a look at heatit.tumblr.com

Stay tuned;
the Heatit Team

      I checked out the tumblr site and I have to say that I am very impressed. Nice job or making the circuit board so much smaller and the effort you are putting in the scarfs are appreciated as well. I can't wait to check out the broads when they arrive.
