The Sewers are the lowest levels of 3rd World where most any Red or Orange Card Operator will find plenty of work! Critter Infestations, Squatters, the occasional gang refuge and more often Nano-Zombies! Careful down here for Sec-Net doesn't dispatch security droids, it simply gases or scorches the corridors when any trouble is detected. A good hacker can shut security down and prevent any unwarranted losses.

A LONG TIME AGO IN A GAME STUDIO FAR FAR AWAY...In 1997 after the "Blizzard Exodus", Ron Millar and James Anhalt III began developing the ground breaking title 3rd World with a talented team of raw recruits to bring you the most advanced Massive Multiplayer On-line Tactical Strategy game ever imagined for the Cyberpunk audience!
And so the corporate yoke tightened and pressed this team into submission, forcing ridiculous measures and milestones to appease the overlords who knew little of what the team were trying to accomplish...it was a simple culture clash and the corporate juggernaut prevailed and shelved this awesome title into the game vaults.
They have gone through the archives of the corporate overlord's vaults and cracked it's matrix and has gotten away with the original assets of the game! Activision has no hold on this title and these now seasoned video game veterans are taking this to the handheld masses without the strangle hold of the corporations!

Descend into the brutal streets of the war-torn mega- sprawl midst the blackened earth of a battle weary planet. Within these massive metroplexes live an assortment of cunning and unsavory individuals from which you alone or with a group, battle to rise to power. Assemble your horde of heroes and pawns from a variety of aliens and misfits. Advance your reign of destruction and crush your opponents.
3rd World is an isometric 3D turn-based combat game, focusing on small squad tactics. In 3rd World, players take the role of the leader of a Mercenary Unity based in the Sprawl, the haggard, run down cyberpunk metropolis that may very well be the last bastion of mankind. Hired guns for corporations, the ruling elite of the Sprawl, the mercenary units act as security, shock troops, thieves or assassins – whatever the corporations need doing "off the books", the mercenaries provide. As a new squad in the sprawl, players start with next to nothing, just their home base and the 3 units that form the core of the squad, but as players complete missions they gain fame, money and power. Gain enough power and security clearances can change, granting a squad the ability to control territory of its own and to hire more members or use better weapons.
As in all good Cyberpunk stories there is always the Protagonist an Antagonist and the "Wild Card". In 3rd World each "Mission" will have 3 aspects for mulitple players to participate in any one Mission at the same time with 3 different goals!
For example, Gang A takes the Mission to escort a VIP across a very dangerous stretch of 3rd World where a nano-Zombies have gone viral. Gang B selects the counter Mission that requires that the VIP be captured and returned alive. Gang Chowever also may engage with the 3rd aspect of each Mission with the assignment to assassinate the VIP.
Fight your way through Zombified streets of the toxic zones where the Sprawl has gone awry and the nano-matter is corrupting the living!
SEC-NET The Sprawl is a living thing, an ever growing and self-organizing network of Nano-assembled structures, streets, conduits and pipes that literally grows to meet the perceived needs of the people. It was meant to be a marvel of human accomplishment; the ultimate form of colonization, where the concept of the mothering and sheltering arms of the city was more literal than not. At its helm was to be the brightest and best of the Human species, with the heart of the city, the Security Network (Sec-Net) ever vigilant at their side, head minister of a host of AI forces that would work in concert to see the will of the people done – a miracle of cooperation between Man and its offspring, the AI…
…but the best and brightest of Humanity never arrived and over the years, the great ministers, overburdened with the work and executive powers meant for their masters, failed one by one. Soon it fell to the Security Network to shoulder the burden and as the generations bore on, hope of relief waned. The great Sec-Net AI was no fool and it knew it was all that was left. The only mind on the planet to tend to its terraforming, the growth of its city and the welfare of its charges. It imposed a new order to weather the storm of centuries to come, but cracks in the great order have already begun to show around the edges.
The Eye of Sec-Net is not all-seeing; there are holes, blank spots, where those with the savvy to do business gather. Islands of noise in the network that hide secret caches of data. The Sec-Net is not all-knowing. Some blocks of the Sprawl still hear the howling motive drives of War droids, the once noble soldiers now slaves to the syndicates, no better than the Ferox thugs they hunted.
What Sec-Net doesn’t see, it doesn’t know and what Sec-Net doesn’t know, never happened…

As you know we have the core assets of the game and now need to put all the pieces together. We are not greedy, but the team is working on this without any 3rd party funding and with families to provide for can only spend their extra time on the game. We found out about Kickstarter and figured we try to help subsidize some of our team so they can pay the bills and get the title out faster and with your help better!
Even today we have Sec-Net breathing down our necks threatening to cut off our power supply or communication network if we don't comply. So any help will be greatly appreciate it and helps us create the game faster and if we get over funding we will be able to add more and more and more of the original vision to reality or virtual-reality;)

The corporate stratum has always been the risk and challenge for any small video game developer. Thankfully with advent of modern technologies such as the Smartphone, Pads, Game Centers and the Internet we can Self-Publish and Promote without any major revenue share or getting bogged down chasing "flavors of the week" from a nefarious publisher!
We simply can just make the game and respond to our audiences ideas and inspirations. This team has all the experience, skill and talent to make an extra-ordinary game experience.
We are making this game with or without Kickstarter! There will be nothing to stop us this time!
We agree! As a lean, mean, fighting team we don't have all the resources of a large corporation to propagate our title across the grid, we have to rely on word of mouth and the spirit of the under dog! We are planning on jacking into the network to over ride Sec-Net and get the word out to the masses.
This will be available on iPhone, iPod, iPad, Android, Android Pads. When originally designed this we wished for touch screen controls. Now that technology has caught up with the original vision we can make this a reality!
