Because you love your bike!
Have you also had enough of the constant struggle with your bike light? There are a lot of good working bike lights on the market, but none of them really fit your bike without interfering with its style.
StiKK is the first bike light fusing minimalistic design with maximum lighting while integrating seamlessly into your bike.
In no time at all, you can slide STiKK easily into your handlebar and with one single move you can take it with you anywhere you go.
STiKK is very easy to install. Mount the socket once into your handlebar. Thanks to its powerful magnet, STiKK stays firmly in place no matter how hard you ride.
STiKK can even be adjusted up to 360° (ok, most of the time, it is mainly the front facing 90° that's in use, but still...).
We wanted to create a bike light that naturally fits to your overall bike design, being powerful and easy to use.
There have been quite a few design alterations and prototypes until we were 100% happy with the final result; STiKK - a bike light with unique character. Where design and technology meet and beauty is combined with functionality.
STiKK comes with a full body aluminium housing and a smooth black or silver anodized finish.
The socket is made of strong ABS plastic, guaranteeing performance and durability.
The packaging is entirely made of eco-friendly cardboard bringing STiKK to you in a stylish, yet functional way.
STiKK is pretty small, yet it provides a powerful light.
Made of high quality materials, a high power Cree® LED and state of the art driver technology, STiKK illuminates your environment with bright natural light and is true to the motto: to see and be seen.
To power STiKK, please use standard AAA batteries or rechargeables.
The use of high quality rechargeables like "eneloop TM" is recommended.
STiKK has 3 brightness levels and 1 flash mode. One click turns the light on. Additional clicks switch the brightness levels. A long press turns the light off. With a double click you start the flash mode. By clicking three times you can check the state of charge.
As most handlebars are not completely straight, and in order to compensate its position at the end of the handlebar, the light beam has been adjusted to a six degree angle so that the light shines towards the middle of the bike's axis.
Of course STiKK is water resistant, considering usual bike riding conditions. (Drowning not recommended)
Because of its small outer dimensions, STiKK will fit in every (straight) handlebar.
Please check out our estimated timeline. We will do our very best to keep these deadlines and ship your StiKK to you by next summer.
Additionally, STiKK can be used as a flashlight. It can be fixed onto metal surfaces in order to provide you with perfect lighting for your workplace.
Industrial designer, maker, bike enthusiast. Based in Saarbrücken, Fabian has transformed his long-standing love for beautiful and functional things into quality design works. Besides being awake while everyone else is sleeping, he loves to ride his bike along the dutch coast.
Electrical engineer at siebenundvierzig ING GmbH, bike racer, a little camera-shy. Matthias prefers to work in front of four PC monitors. Besides being a genius in electrical engineering and machine programming, he enjoys having small talks preferrably with complete strangers and a good glas of white wine.
Electrical engineer at siebenundvierzig ING GmbH, riding his boards in water and snow far too rarely, because Philipp is a hard worker. Risks and challenges
We have working and production ready prototypes. In addition we got manufacturers in place to deliver the parts in the desired quality and quantity.
STiKK will be assembled in Germany, so we will be on site to accompany the final processes.
We will do our best to keep the proposed timeline, but we will not ship anything that doesn't match our (and your) expectations. Should we encounter any delays during the manufacturing process, we will keep you updated.
