      Dear friends and supporters

I know it has been a long time for this project we had a starts and it has been a long time

This has been a much more difficult journey for me than I thought, but with said I would like to inform you we have been shooting and should have the film completed by the end of summer.

We may have additional pick up shots later but the doc will be completed by this fall and we will start the festival route to get attention the film deserves.

I promised to make a difference and you supported me in my quest we will bring attention to this highway and hopefully start a discussion that will create change
More to come soon. Again thanks for your support.

I'm sure you will be very proud of this film when we are done we have an amazing team

I heard about your kick starter campaign and recalled hearing Emily's mom speak at my daughter's middle school. I was moved by her dedication to the project she launched in Emily's honor, and I cried as she told your family's story. Whenever I drive PCH, which is often...I think of an old friend, Scott who lost his life on PCH...I knew that his sister Karen would want to be part of this forward-thinking project. I hope that my sharing this project with her and others moves you towards the kick starter goal! No one else should have to lose a family member or friend on PCH.

This is a wonderful and eye opening project. I make this donation in honor of my cousin, Scott Bleifer, who was killed while riding his bike training for an arthritis fundraiser. I also do it in honor of all the victims and their families. Good luck with this endeavor.

I remember walking Zuma that afternoon as a family and hearing the sirens. It gave me chills, not even knowing it was your little girl...I can't even imagine...

My Niece, whom I love and adore beyond life itself moved to Malibu and started a new life. Your daughter quickly became one of her close friends before her tragic death on PCH. Her passing impacted my family so greatly that is spawned my Bother-in-Law, Sister and Niece to create a Life Saving Robotic boat compay in tribute to her called EMILY. This product is now saving lives on the beaches of Malibu and Zuma beach. This is not my point. My point is to say I am deeply sorry for your loss and I can't even imagine the pain. May god and all the angels love you for having the strength to persevere and make such a documentary. Most people could not stand up and educate the public as you are doing in the wake of a loss. I only wish I could do more.

      God Speed,

What a wonderful and selfless thing you and your family are doing for all of us who have been forever mortally wounded by PCH and it's perils.
I miss my brother every day and with that, I do know why and how important this is for you and your family.

So, it is in Scott Bleifer's honor, that the Bleifer family pledges to this amazing effort.

We wish you the best of luck and if you need anything at all, please don't hesitate to ask!

      All my best,
      Karen Bleifer

      To the Shane family,
My heart breaks for the loss of your precious Emily. My dearest friend, Karen Bleifer,
lost her brother, Scott, through the wreck less actions of a food truck driver killing him
while he was riding his bike on the PCH. It is in his honor and Emily's that I make
my donation in hope's that your documentary can be made and make a difference.
