Nope. Virtually every component has changed in some way. An upgrade kit is not possible and I would discourage anyone from trying to retro-fit the second edition rules to the first edition.Last updated:

Once the KS is over, your pledge will be processes and then assigned as a "credit" to be allocated using our pledge manager partner Backerkit. For example: You could allocate your $145 pledge as two games ($60+$60), 1 set of metal coins ($15), and shipping to the US ($10). These pledge manger (PM) surveys will go out after this KS campaign is over.
You will be able to add items (for us, coins) and additional copies after the KS. For example: If you pledged $75 (one copy + shipping to the UK), you could purchase metal coins in the pledge manager weeks after your original KS pledge was processed.
We'll keep the backer kit order window open for a few months while we finalize art and start the production. We will close our backer kit window to start our print run in Q1 2019 and in Q2 2019, we'll send out a final reminder to finalize all delivery addresses on Backerkit as well.
Backerkit has an amazing support staff, so if you run into problems with your Backerkit survery reach out to https://www.backerkit.com/contact as they are experts with their platform.Last updated:
Sure! For each set of 1-3 copies (with any number or metal coins), you must pledge a shipping fee. Kickstarter does not register this in their system but in our PM Backerkit, you'll see an increase in the shipping cost per multiple of three games.
1-3 copies: x1 shipping cost
4-6 copies: x2 shipping cost
7-9 copies: x3 shipping cost
It's recommended that pledges are delivered to one destination.Last updated:
We will be using Backerkit as our Pledge Manager. In a few weeks after the Kickstarter campaign closes, we'll send out emails with your pledge surveys. You'll be "credited" your pledge amount and you'll be able to allocate it towards # of Pax Pamir copies, metal coin add-ons, and shipping. You can add more copies to your order after the KS campaign too. Shipping rates are the same as in the campaign.
In Q1 2019 we'll confirm orders and Backerkit add-on purchases will be processed and we will start manufacturing. In May/June 2019. we will send out an address confirmation reminder survey before we start shipping in July 2019.Last updated:
Pledging $1 will give you access to the PM, but it is not recommend as you can just put in a 'late pledge' with Backerkit when it goes live with our pledge manager and pre-order store. $1 puts you on the retailer backer list and you'll get retail updates etc. Our Backerkit Pre-order Store will open in about three weeks, around the same time when surveys go out to folks to manage their pledge.
There will be a 'grace-period' for late-pledges using Backerkit , meaning they will be at same price as they are now in KS. That will expire later in Oct, when we'll raise Pax Pamir pre-orders to to $65. Following the campaign for updates help let you know when the PM/Pre-order Store is Live.Last updated:
