Hi, my name is Fynn and I'm a solo indie 3D engine developer. This project is about my own realtime 3D Game Engine from scratch all by myself. I started the development in summer 2014 in the context of my final university graduate project. Since that time the scope and quality of my project raises rapidly. But at this moment in time I need support to proceed the development.
Let me now introduce you to Curseye3DEngine and the detailed suggestions about the road to success and finally what this project will bring to the video games world.
The major purpose of my project is providing independent game developers a realtime state-of-the-art 3D Game Engine as Open Source project.
The focus of the engine is the simulation of massively huge impressive 3D game environments.
The Curseye Engine owns a realisitc water renderer with a fully independent realtime fast fourier transform implementation (FFT). The FFT rendering manner is the world-class technique for simulating water as it is done in CGI movies or AAA games.
The tessellated quadtree terrain surfaces are rendered with a various of material maps and bezíer smooth interpolation.
It is already possible to design unique simulations, load individual terrains, fill the simualtion with water/ocean and add as many 3D objects as the designer likes.

With a successful Kickstarter campaign i will accomplish the development progress with new rendering techniques and extensions. The main subprojects will be precomputed atmospharic scattering, deferred shading and a voxel sparse octree renderer. Finally the Curseye Engine will be extended with an existing Open Source physics engine.

Risks and challenges
The project is still in the early mid stage of development. With the financial support i will get the chance to progress the stage of development and build up a community of enthusiastic programmers. A big challenge to success is becoming famous for indie game developers worldwide. To master this challenge a 3D engine has to provide unique techniques with state-of-the-art look and good hardware performance. With some more research and programming Curseye3DEngine is well on the way to fulfill these properties to become a famous 3D Engine to create beautiful 3D environments for Video Games.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
