Hi Backers! We’re back after a busy week of Backer Code distribution for Shantae: Pirate Queen’s Quest. If you’ve received your code, we hope you’re having a great time playing the game! If you have NOT received a code yet, please read this – answers are below!

What does PENDING mean?! HELP ME!
If you’re one of the platforms and/or territories listed above as “Pending”, that means the codes are still on the way. They might still arrive before the DLC is made available to the general public (possibly even as we write this), but we don’t want to take any chances.
For this reason, we’ll be sending each of the Backers whose codes are listed as “Pending” a free copy of the base game for Steam, along with a code for Pirate Queen’s Quest. That way you won’t be left out while you wait. We’re very sorry for the delay, so the extra game code, and extra DLC code are on the house. Feel free to use those codes or give them to a friend. We’ll notify you the moment your actual codes arrive!

What if it says DELIVERED, but I don’t have it?
First, be sure to check your spam filter. We have confirmed via Backer Kit that they have all been sent.
If you had difficulty logging into WayForward’s website earlier this week, this has been fixed, so please try again. Huge thanks to the Backers that discovered and reported the error.
