A bricoleur is someone who starts building something with no clear plan, adding bits here and there, while flying by the seat of their pants.
Why, hello there! Issue Two is upon us kids, and if you haven’t heard who and what Bricoleur Mag is, I suggest you look it up on Instagram.
So, we're here to support emerging artists, near and far. No matter what the context. Bricoleur Mag, Issue One was only the start of our journey.
Issue two will be filled with 88 pages worth of artist features, photography, illustration, art, in-depth articles about today’s world and of course, will cover all things ‘journey’ related - however you interpret the word.
Currently based in London, but taking steps to expand to different corners in the world. We want to make a difference to the creatives who are on page one of their creative journey. We understand how hard it is to make your mark in the world, reach out to those agencies, collaborate with your dream idols and simply create something that you are passionate about.
However, we now find ourselves holding onto Issue One. This fantastic little 48 paged miracle. It came out of six months worth of late night design sessions, eye rubbing afternoons of proofreading, emotional breakdowns followed by emotional breakthroughs, a whole lot of laughing, learning and endless cups of coffee.
If you have read Issue One already... We hope you know why Issue Two needs to be made...

Currently selling Issue One at The Photographers Gallery, London. As a team, we want to expand what we do, not just stopping at Issue two, but by continuing to create ongoing editions of Bricoleur Mag. In addition to growing and being able to provide more help and support to the artists and creatives that are featured in Bricoleur Mag.
Risks and challenges
After the completion of the Kickstarter campaign, the magazine and rewards will be sent to print immediately (this will take a couple of weeks to happen). Following that, the packaging and distribution can begin effectively and we aim to post orders by the end of May/beginning of June. As with any new venture, there are risks but as long as funding goes to plan there should be no major challenges.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
