Almost one week in
Just want to start off by giving a huge thanks to all of you who have pledged your support to the Imagistory campaign so far! Between all 21 of you we have raised $1,095 which is fantastic :) Your generosity has been amazing and I couldn't be more thankful! It means a lot.
Looking at the campaign so far, we are about 20% of the way through but have only reached just 7.3% of the total funding we need. Unfortunately going at the current rate we will only hit about 30% of our target so I've still got a lot of work ahead of me to pick things up. As I have mentioned a bit already, it's proving to be a bit of a challenge to drive more traffic to our kickstarter page, particularly of the mums, dads and teachers kind. Although it's not trending the best we still have 26 days to go which is more than enough time and I'm up for the challenge so I'm pretty confident we can be successful still. I'm continuing to do all I can and I still have a few cards up my sleeve which will hopefully turn things around :) But the more help I can get the better! So if you haven't shared the project with someone you think may be interested in it yet, please do.
One thing which is a real boost is all the really positive feedback about the campaign I have received from everyone who's pledged. Not hearing back from most of the media I have tried to contact the last several weeks has been a little disheartening, but your feedback is awesome to hear, so thank you everyone. It certainly helps.
Lastly, I've managed to find a couple video's of one of our awesome little book testers in action earlier this year that I will pop on the kickstarter page soon. Here's a (very cute) peek at one them, where a version of our second story "A Backyard Adventure" is being trialed. It's a great demonstration of the imagination at work. Enjoy!
Will be in touch again soon (and a bit more regularly from now on)
Thank you again for your amazing support so far!
