Dear Backers,

We are very excited to announce that Das Keyboard 5Q software v3.1.0 has reached stable status on macOS, Linux and Windows.

Linux packages are available in DEB and RPM format. RPM format contributed by Dennis Appelon Nielson.

Downloads are available at https://www.daskeyboard.io/get-started/software/

Version 3.1.0 includes the Q marketplace, delivering RGB notifications through Q applets such as CPU usage, Trello, RAM usage, stand-up reminder, Gmail, ping status (contributed by Chrisostomos Bakoura - repo) and many more that will make 5Q users more productive. All applets are open source and available on Github. Contributions are welcome.

Firmware is updated constantly. It is updatable from the Q desktop app.

Das, you should update your "Get Started: Firmware Download" page: https://www.daskeyboard.io/get-started/firmware/ which still states that Windows is required.

I guess this means the Firmware is not going to be changed anytime soon to fix the other issues?
Or is this a combo of Firmware and Software... because they shouldn't be the same thing... right?

Re: macOS firmware upgrade: it is built into the latest version. Try it out.

But still no Mac firmware installer. Oh well.

Das Sucks, I gladly sold mine for a loss. Never buying another Das product again.

Nearly two years late, and still too buggy to use properly. I'll never buy from Das/Metadot again.
