I had the same issue as @Shawn - my extra keycap set came as painted (not double-shot like the pre-installed, for some reason), new-style font. Other than that, everything seemed to arrive as expected.
I've already submitted a ticket on mojohelpdesk, but I wanted to post here so others are aware this isn't isolated to a single user - be sure to check your extra keycaps folks!

I want the Black Classic Alternative Font Keycap Set I ordered
I just got my alternate keycaps and they are the same font as the original. Where are the actual ones I ordered?
I missed the option to get the different keycaps. Any chance they will be offered for sale later?

Just checked my survey response on CrowdOX and even though I had previously updated my shipping address on one of the last surveys that was sent out, it still showed my OLD shipping address so I had to update it again! This better not delay my shipping any longer.
Nice surprise to have to pay imporation VAT of 61 Euros for a 109 Dollar item (your support at least told me that it was declared with this amount). Now I can handle all the quarrels with FedEx, b/c this amount cannot be correct, but your support staff is like "Thats your problem, we did everything right." Except you stated in your FAQ you would ship to European countries from Germany, in which case I would not have to pay importation VAT. But you shipped from HK and therefore I would expect that you show some support in handling this charade. Well, this was my third daskeyboard and definitely my last.

Are we suppose to get tracking numbers or something indicating it has been shipped? Seeing lots of people getting their keyboards, but it seems like they are just "appearing on your door step" without any warning. I would like to know tracking information as my neighborhood isn't the best at leaving other people's packages alone.

What are these 4 extra gray keys in the box? They have symbols on them (1x triangle, 2x lines, 1x circle). Reading through the original campaign (from almost 2 years ago?!!) lists a $500k stretch goal for WASD keycaps. These definitely don't look like WASD no matter which way I look at them :)

Why wasn’t the value of $0 made, as these are manufacturing samples. This is how every other Kickstarter I have worked with does it, from over seas. Das is trying very hard to be inept at every possible point of the process....
@Das Keyboard . My 5Q just died after putting into sleep for a couple of hours. Died means keys are not working, no backlit, function keys (e.g. Caps Lock) is not working as well.

This is what I submitted to the ticket:
My package has already landed in my country customs and awaiting clearance. My country (Singapore) is VAT free for packages below SGD400.
The value declared by the shipper for this package is USD540.00 but I pledged USD310.00 on KickStarter. A very huge disparity which requires me to pay additional SGD90.12 (estimated) to take delivery.
The courier company contact who is handling the customs declaration for my package is firstname.lastname@example.org.

Netherlands backer, and got the keyboard in today. Kinda wished the extra WASD keys would say WASD but eh... The clanging noise is a bit annoying though. I might at some point open the KB and add some dampening foam.
I'm backer #2924 so I'm sure I'm super down the line, but just to put my mind at ease, what's the latest number that's been shipped so far?
Has anyone from UK/Europe received theirs yet?
