I am using my 53 years of life experience to create a web site community, a 'club house' for 'room mates'. The web site exists, for several years now, under different formats. As a former realtor, land lord, bed and breakfast, provider and seeker of shelter, for short, flexible time periods, living with people, not just a hotel, or apartment, I want to expand my ideas to help others. With my web site, and a House, or living space, free and independent of my own, where individuals can live, meet, talk, exchange ideas, help each other, for temporary living periods. Perhaps act as a testing house for people to find out their preferences, before moving out on their own/ with others. Offer a place for community living, for mature young adults- to congregate, meet others, create on my web site as developers if they like, learn and share, issues from living to art, to web design. The first 'club house' would be in the Kansas City Art District, with perhaps a lounge area, to display art, my own art-http://www.learnabetterlife.com/kansascityarttraders.html - sell drinks, host events, a retail type of area. A place where residents could also work to earn money.
