WE DID IT!

Thank you so much for your support, backers! It’s amazing we were able to do it in such a short amount of time!

We’re super excited about the response to Prodigy. We are doing our best to answer all your questions; it’s fantastic to see how interested you are. Thanks to all of you who are letting us know which questions we need to answer. :)

Starting next Tuesday, we’re planning a weekly update to put popular questions and answers in one place, and talk about some additional background and gameplay on our two first Companies.

We’re looking forward to seeing how far Prodigy can go with your help. We’ll be sure to release a game you’ll be proud to say you were a part of making.

To celebrate the successful funding of the game, here’s one of our early stretch goals: more characters, which means more gameplay!

At $150K, we will add a new Henchman to Prodigy: Argon Batter, of the Sorcerer Kings Faction - a Sorcerer King himself, this once powerful lord was stripped of his kingdom and his powers by the Darkness. The weight of his loss shut his heart forever, and he carries the taint of violence and despair...

We're looking forward to the next 27 days. Please help us spread the word about Prodigy!

Love the story behind this character! one problem only: another sword-wielder..a bit boring. I used to play a lot the game Confrontation and the big reason for me backing up Prodigy was for thoses super detailled and fantastic figures..and Confrontation characters had some crasy looking weapons..not just swords....hopefully you will unveil others characters in the future that won't be swordsmen.

@chris yes. you will receive all beta pack early, and it will be final figs, only alpha will receive 2 different packs with alpha board and game

@Walshee This SG will be an addon, but some SG will be free update to the gameplay.

Congrats! Simple question (I'm sorry if this has already been addressed): will the stretch goals be included at a certain pledge level, or will they be addons that will become available for purchase.

Congratulations! I've never had any doubt this project would succed. By the way this new character looks great!

@ Greg Krywusha: I had the same idea. Glad to see I'm not the only one who want this. I was also wondering the same question about the stretch goals: will they be added to some tiers or only sold as add-ons?

Will purchasers of the BETA PACK get their figurines and board shipped early so they can play in the beta, silly question, I know, but it's not clearly stated anywhere. (it's also relevant is the board or figurines change between beta and retail, will beta pack owners get new versions or be stuck with beta versions?)

      Congrats!

But if I can't make a request, I'd really love to see a mac version. Since the game is being made in Unreal, it shouldn't be that difficult, i think.

I actually backed because I really like the concept, but I don't own a PC :)

Congratulations on being funded! Really looking forward to this game. I think the one thing that has me worried though is stretch goals. Adding more figure means to me that you are offering more addons to purchase, and not really adding anything into the base pledges. I hope I'm wrong. Also I'd like the +1 the idea adding a board as an addon (ie, starter game without the figs...just cards, ring). It would allow multi-backers in the same home to buy say the $330 pledge level, and share the companies with an additional board addon. Please consider this as this would aid those who want to expand the game without duplicating pledges. Thanks.
