@Rasmus Strand They actually gave you a refund for these feeders even after all this time?
After many weeks of irritating lapse in feeding and issues with logging in, troubleshooting with the support and customer service, I finally had to get an alternative machine and unplug this. I asked for a refund and have now gotten it on my paypal.
At least none of my pets came to any harm.
If you struggle with customer support and the machine won't work I suggest you talk to them about getting a refund.
Biggest piece of junk I ever wasted money on. If you ever come across this product don't buy it.
App interface, customer support, and product are absolute crap. Today, after the 5th time my dog wasn’t fed and I received no alert, I threw it in the trash. Junk product, junk support, junk people making it. WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY. Buy American!
Just got a device update and I can now do manual feeding for the first time in a few weeks! Yay!
It's a paperweight. I have had mine just sitting in the garage for months.
Haven’t been able to login to the easy feed. Saying server is done. Expensive paperweight now. Anyone else?
OK, have had this working well for quite a while (after the initial set up issues). Past week or so I have been encountering a new issue. Out of nowhere the machine keeps spitting out food. It is supposed to give 2x 2 cups/day. But whenever the set feeding time comes around it keeps going. The only way to stop it is to push the manual feed button until the barking sound and then it stops. This is quite inconvenient when I'm not around to do so. Anyone have a solution for this issue?
Has anyone received a response when using the Contact Us on their site? I've submitted numerous requests and received no responses. My feeder has been sending me notifications when it feeds my pet, and it has also been feeding him at what seems like random times that are not scheduled. At this point, I'd have to say their customer support is pretty pathetic.
Found out why I kept getting the not connected signal. The wifi cable is right where you slide in the water. It's been broken off from the first use.
@Jason If you used their pre made form for support they never respond. Just a warning. Good luck getting a replacement or whatever though.
Mine just flat out broke. The food dispenser just kept chugging out food and never stopped. I had to unplug it to get it to stop dispensing food. When I plugged it back in to see if the problem still was there it spit out a metal piece with a small roller. Luck I caught it and didn't let my dog eat that thing or it might have chewed up her insides and killed her. I have written the company and have had no response yet.
Hi guys i sent you website a PM but thought i would try get in contact with you guys on here as well.
From the day i recived the feeder the water bottle water dispenser cap has leaked water... I am a tradie so i know not to cross thread of course. I am at the point now that i cannot use the water canister because it just leaks and over flows water onto the ground.
Is it possible to get a new canister or cap sent and also what is the little plastic bit with the metal that floats freely in the water container? The metal seems to be rusting so i took that out of the container. What is the need for that item? And why is it rusting?

Hi All - thanks for your patience as we've been growing! It turns out we were in need of some upgrades to the server to fix the performance issues. The good news is that this is happening now and will make a huge difference for you all. We also have a pending app update that will increase functionality, fix some bugs, and allow you to customize more sounds. It has been submitted for approval and we're just waiting for it to be released. We have replacement caps coming that we will send out to anyone who needs one free of charge.

This company had me send my POS back to them, and they now refuse to send me a refund. They are very much criminals.
Had to purge and readd device after changing out WiFi hardware at home. Feeder has been constantly generating "Offline" messages for weeks, other devices don't seem to have much of an issue. Updated AP put in to provide better coverage, was unable to update WiFi settings on device so I wound up dropping and readding it. Device is still generating "Offline" messages at random despite newer hardware closer to it.
This will probably solve the "Does not update for DST Changes" issue however.... at least until the next DST change.
Oh, and after being EMPTY for 3 weeks the water sensor finally tells me I need to refill it. I went back to the old 2.5gal water station that I had as I can at least SEE when it's running low and fill it up. Overall this device has been a disaster.
