Madam Butterscotch is an ongoing thriller/drama black and white webcomic series about a hitman that just wants to run a tea room.
Well, not quite.
Madam Butterscotch is the (hitman!) alter ego of mother and tea shop owner, Tilda Llewellyn. Having come out of hiding and moved to a quaint town, she is forced to re-enter her old world to ensure peace and happiness for herself and her daughter - but can she balance being a killing machine and a mother?
It’s full of great characters, witty banter, English satire, plenty of action, mystery, intrigue, guns and of course, tea!
I've been working on her story now for several years and it makes me so happy to be able to see it in print. But now I've reached a point where I need your help.

This book is the 3rd installment in the series.
The goals of this kickstarter are to raise £500 to publish enough copies of the 21cm x 14cm (A5) black and white Book Three, containing the next 2 chapters (chapters 5 & 6) of this story, and to reprint Books One and Two.

Book 3 will contain 44+ black and white pages of comic, with special coloured inserts on the front and back inside covers. If we meet stretch goals then more content will be added in the forms of character profiles, sketches and one off pieces.
Book 3 is currently being worked on, but will be complete end of April 2015, possibly even sooner, with an expected delivery date of mid-May 2015. You can read all the current chapters of Madam Butterscotch on the website, including chapters from the new book as it is updated weekly.
However, from the middle/end of March these updates will stop to ensure exclusivity of the comic content to Kickstarter backers, meaning if you back the Book, you'll get first access to the rest of the content before it goes online much later in the year.
All tiers £100 above will receive "C.O.O.K Agent" Cameo back covers on their Book 3 copies, to show your unwavering loyalty to the Collaboration Of Organised Killing.

With slick suits, quick wits and sharp tongues, these ladies dress classy and fight sassy.

Books 1 and 2 are already available and each contain 45+ pages of content. I have already sold the quantities I ordered of these and so the total goal cost of this kickstarter will help towards getting these reprinted.

From posters, to badges to exclusive extras and upgrades, there's a rewards tier to suit every backer

Risks and challenges
The biggest challenge will be getting everything shipped out on time and smoothly.
Whilst the comic is set for delivery May 2015, other items may take slightly longer i.e. the commissions, but this will all come down to the quantity and how many backers go for commissions.
Should there be a large number of commissions to complete, then all other products such as comics and other rewards will be posted asap and the commissions will be posted as and when they are complete.
Another thing will be to make sure I keep updating you guys with all the cool things happening on the project :)
