Chaos Reborn has been funded with just 34 hours to go on the clock. Thank you to everybody who backed the project and promoted it. Thanks to my team for working after hours to make the prototype possible, and providing all the art and publicity material during the campaign. And thanks mum for being such a vocal supporter!

I will be posting a final update before the campaign closes with instructions about how you can continue to support the game and get rewards, including the possibility to contribute with paypal.

Single player

I have posted a lengthy explanation of the single-player Realms of Chaos mode on the Chaos Reborn website.

Animation in Progress

I have also posted some initial creature animations  by our animator, Jason Pickering.

Royal Creature Skins

Finally, here are some concepts for the royal creature skins, exclusive to backers at Wizard King level and above, alongside noble and normal skins.

Thanks for all the information on the single-player game. It sounds excellent. I had been concerned that the game would be 95% online, 5% tutorial but I'm glad that's clearly not the case.

@Sergio LOL. I can't wait for this. I'm one of the very few giant fans of Outcast, and I'm more excited about this game than a rehash on one of the best voxel games ever created.

@Lagoon don't resist! Open your wallet! Become a GOD!!

Oh no, the urge... I... must... resist...

Looking good. Maybe the giant could me made slightly more ponderous?

The animations are looking great. I love seeing life breathed into some of the creatures we're familiar with.

Amazing stuff. I've been playing Chaos on the Spectrum since it was released. I still play it today. I made a Chaos creature editor and everything all those years ago. That's how hooked I was.

Good luck with this one. Oh, and make sure you fix that "turmoil" spell bug, won't you!

      Fantastic news! Congratulations!

Love the animations, especially the Goblin picking his ear! I do hope you're going to add a tiny camera tremble to the giant's steps, in the final game? ;)

Congratulations... But I beat you guys on the announcement: http://moura.us/posts/chaos-reborn-is-funded-on-kickstarter

One question: Is there an estimated date for alpha release? Thanks!

This game just keeps getting better and better. :)
