      Hi Guys,

Not sure if my email got through. Steam key never arrived. Have I done something wrong?

Yesterday I tried but there was some error but today I have played a couple of games and it looks and feels great! Cannot wait to play a full single player campaign (a la Lords of Chaos)!

      I tried a game.
Looks beautifull, and me winning the game by what felt like a rather large margin over another guy that had played 2 more games was just the icing on the cake ;)

I couldn't figure out a way to rotate the camera, though, which I was slightly annoyed by, as I wanted to look at the creatures from multiple angles to really see the pretty pixels (and the dashing looking armors on my summoned critters).

Looking forward to the 'single player' modes, though, as I feel better with myself when I'm beating up AI's than other people :-/

@Krzysztof Flis This is still very much in development, I guess it's "alpha" now. The prototype web version has been available to the public for the last 7 months but it's gotten to the stage where it needs to branch off independently and Steam Early Access is the best way of doing that while delivering frequent and automatic updates.

The final version of the game will also be available DRM free on GOG, but as GOG doesn't have a similar mechanism to Early Access (yet?) then so far it's restricted to Steam. You really should try the Steam version out if you want to play at this early stage, it's absolutely fantastic although there's clearly a lot still missing. Help guide its development if there are things you feel could be improved. Julian has taken a lot of good suggestions onboard over the last 7 months, it's been a great process.

Sorry but does it mean that the i pay for backet not a independent project? Only for corporate leash Steam? This is not right.

Oh, er, it seems to be working now, I guess it was a temporary glitch?

Fired it up, created a new player, went into the backer upgrades bit, activated my backer upgrade with the steam key, and then could not find a way to return to the main game window (ESC did nothing). Ended up quitting the game by closing the window. Now when I try to start it up, after the 'Connecting...' text at the start I get an error saying "An exception error has occurred while connecting." :(
