Neurofeedback (NFB), also called neurotherapy or neurobiofeedback, is a type of biofeedback that uses real-time displays of brain activity—most commonly electroencephalography (EEG), to teach self-regulation of brain function. Typically, sensors are placed on the scalp to measure activity, with measurements displayed using video displays or sound.
After much research, we found the correlation between several states of mind (Concentration, Relaxation, Memory, etc.) and brain waves. Our reference research published on IEEE publication in 2012. We are experts in what we do. We know how sensitive the EEG signal is. Sensors have to stick firmly on the scalp to read brain waves. We noticed some other products elsewhere, strangely placing sensors on thick hair or on the back of the ears. EEG signal is very sensitive. We want to have the best signal quality, without interruption from Bluetooth or Wi-Fi at the source of the signal transmission. So BrainPlus finally comes up with wired solutions like in the expensive medical grade EEG device uses in hospital.
