Not straight away. I'm working with really limited resources and want to prioritise the printed magazine. In my view, the quarterly release of the magazine, and its content, is better suited to print.
I would love to release an online version but would like to do it properly, formatting and designing the issue specifically for e-readers. In other words, all I could provide right now is a PDF.
It's in my project planning, after the Kickstarter campaign, to look into this. I can't give a concrete timeline, though.
If a backer would like a PDF version I'll happily send it.
As for whether the online version will be free: yes it will. Right now, I am considering releasing issue #1 for free online at the same time that issue #2 comes out in print (and so on). I'm still working out the timing for this and nothing is confirmed - except that it will be free.
