A note on shipping

Posted by Fria Ligan (Creator)

We hope that the year has started well. Most of you should have received your copy of The Electric State by now, but we have discovered that some shipments were not included in the first batch, due to a technical error in the order export from the Pledge Manager.

So, if you have not received your book yet - nor a shipping notification - please email to and we'll sort it out, and make sure you get the book as soon as possible.

You don't need to email us again if you have already done so and received a response from us, or if you have received notification from Gamesquest that the book is on the way.

We're really sorry about this!

That's great, as far as it goes -- from someone acquiring the movie rights to the movie actually being made tends to be a bit of a leap, though.

Mutant Chronicles "only" took 13 years from A to B ... let's hope these guys have a bit more drive to actually get it done.

I recieved the book in Germany. Again, excellent quality also in the third book. As a supporter from the very first Kickstarter I am happy about the film news. Congrats Simon, you earnded it!

Excellent news! And I can point to my book and say, "I knew them before they made it big".

Wow. Great news for the movie. I still think Tales from the Loop should have its own TV/Netflix show. The lore is so beautiful and dark and awesome and visual and rich and mysterious and interesting and many other words that I know in french and not in English. It has to be done. A science-fictional/dark/sad/Swedish version of stranger things. With all the micro stories of the book (and in the sequel things from the flood), 2 or 3 seasons could easily be done. With Simon Stalenhag playing the score. Whatever, just dreaming

Amazing news about the movie! Really hope it does justice to the book
