Hello!

This is just a quick update on the final production of Crusader Kings - The Board Game. The games are being assembled right now, and the factory now estimates that all games will be complete about April 18, i.e. a little over a week from now. After that, the games will be shipped to five local hubs - in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and China - for further shipment out to all of you backers. If all goes well, we expect all backer shipments to go out in May, as reported in previous updates. Thanks for your patience!

@Richard this was all posted before they arrange a new shift. Within Brexit you never know what will happen. To not have a plan B is realy not perspicacious. They should have changed the location a long time ago.

You guys really think Brexit will impact distribution ? I must be watching different negotiations, :-)

Same concern about Brexit and import fees here. If there's no plan B, can we at least know the HS code of the product to estimate our customs and duties ? Please and thank you c:

Excited for this to come out. The mostly likely timeline will be as follows. Production is finished in April. Product ships, expect at LEAST two months before that cargo ships get where they are going and the product clears customs. Then the team will crack open the boxes and find massive quality issues with the miniatures at least, but probably all the compressed paper game pieces such as the board itself. Then there will be a big fan backlash, the company will apologize for being terribly misled by the manufacturers. Then they will fight with the manufacturer to fix the quality issues in the miniatures and get replacements. After another several months of these issues they will get the replacement parts. I do not anticipate getting a complete game with quality product until October. Again, super excited for this to happen...but manufacturing board games in china without someone from the company basically living in china doing constant QC work while it is getting produced never changes.

@Manuel Kellner, yeah happy shops (for instance) always do a stellar job. Fast delivery and great packing.

UK is the worst decision for now and should have been relocated a long time ago. We are lucky that they wont say yes to anything for the next weeks :O

@Peter "Dia Fir" Andersson Maybe und could relocate the European Hub to France or Germany.

I am also interested in your response to the previous questions concerning brexit. Will you pay the additional import fees for continental EU backers, should there be any? Several other kickstarter creators stated they are ready to switch distribution hubs if such situation happen. What is YOUR plan?

Exactly same question as Manuel Keller. Is it safe to ship it from UK?

Project was said to be Euro friendly (no import fees). If Brexit the risk it won’t fulfill the promise is potentially high.

UK for Europe coul be possible bad. Any Idea's to avoid BREXIT Chaos ?
