QUICK TIME EVENTS
As many actual games, defeating the enemies in an alternative and much more spectacular way is possible thanks to QTE. When they are performed, the character will enter into an animated sequence in which the proper activation of certain button patterns will cause the action to be completed or failed. This allows us to destroy the enemies in a much more visually appealing way, especially as a last attack against final bosses.
VISUALS AND SOUND
Gate of Memories will be completely in 3D, recreating the visual essence of the Anima world and setting. The game will feature a mix of cell-shading and realistic style, trying to make a perfect port of the distinctive art of Wen Yu Li and all the others artists that have created the Anima Beyond Fantasy world over the years. Gate of Memories will also take advantage of unusual camera angles, zooms and slow motion effects to create spectacular action sequences, both when the characters or their enemies do some of their special attacks. Regarding the sound and music effects, Gate of Memories will have an orchestral soundtrack that will create an eerie atmosphere for the exploration parts. However, for the action parts the game will also have some vocal songs.
