Hello everybody,

As we creep towards the summit week of our campaign, we've had the honour to announce a number of contributors who'll be helping us tell our story.

Ian Rankin: needs no introduction, but here's a wee one. Ian is the creator of Detective Rebus and 'King of Tartan Noir'. He will join us in Edinburgh to discuss how whisky has meandered its way through the dark heart of Scotland's soul. We’re honoured to have him.

Rachel McCormack: Glasgow native Rachel is a food writer, broadcaster, and author of the brilliant whisky travelogue ‘Chasing the Dram’ - if you haven't read it, you bloody well should. The book was a particular inspiration for us as we were developing the film: it's wonderful that she's joined us.

James Yorkston: Fife-based James Yorkston is an author, songwriter and musician. His work is bloody brilliant. And he's going to be in our film. Hooray!

Jeremy Lee: Dundee-born chef and all-round food legend, Jeremy will be linking whisky with food and flavour. Expect Arbroath smokies, pub lunches & country dinners. He's a true star and we couldn't be happier to have him on the team!

We've been doing really well but we still very much need your help! Tell all your friends, share on your social media channels: let's smash that target!

cheers
