After 2 successful kickstarter projects in the fantasy genre, the Wizard's Tower and its Bridge Expansion, I have decided to expand to a different genre for the time being and make some things a bit more modern.
Magnificity: Guido's Shipping Yard will be a great setting for a variety of tabletop games (or anything else you may want to use it for). Use this as a setting for a gangland dispute, superhero rescue, swat team take down, special ops mission or zombie last stand. The possibilities are endless!
Magnificity is the fictional name to cover any modern designs I create. The first section being Guido's Shipping Yard.
The files for this have been scaled for 28mm scale printing but as always, you have the option of making them bigger or smaller to suit your needs.
The initial reward, The Shipping Yard, consist of many different files suitable for a shipping yard.
Included sculpts are:
- The Forklift (11 pieces)
- Single Pallet
- 3 stacked pallets
- 5 stacked pallets
- Leaning pallets
- Pallet with goods 1
- Pallet with goods 2
- Pallet with tyres covered
- Pallet with tyres uncovered
- Chemical barrel
- Portable toilet
- Shipping container (single piece, closed)
- Shipping container open
- shipping container doors
- Corrugated iron fence 1
- Corrugated iron fence 2
- Above ground fuel tank
- Weapons crate
To make things easy, there are just 2 pledge levels. The $10 NZD pledge being the only one that receives rewards.
At this pledge level you get to stay up to date with the happenings of the project and know that you are awesome for backing! Roughly 50p or 70c USD
At this pledge level you also get to know you are awesome for backing and stay up to date, but you also get all the files and unlocked stretch goals for Guido's Shipping Yard. This is roughly £5 or $7 USD.
Please note that the Stretch goals are stated in New Zealand Dollars.
At $500 NZD Bollards will be opened up. 1 type is already made but if we reach $500 I will sculpt another 2 to be added to the $10 pledge level. This will be great to have a dockside to your tabletop. (around £250 or $350 USD)
At $1000 NZD An open weapons crate will be opened up for all backers at $10 or more. Great for an objective marker. (Around £500 or $700 USD)
At $1500 A pump will be sculpted for the fuel tank. Great for filling the forklift up with petrol. (Around £750 or $1050 USD)
3D renders are fine but it always pays to see that these things can actually be printed. here are some pictures of these products printed out. Some minor tweaks will be done to some of the files before they are sent out.
If you are keen have a look at some of my previous work you can check it out on these Kickstarter links.

If you like what you see they can be purchased from DriveThruRPG Here.
And here is a free Stone Guardhouse for you to trial out (just put $0 in the purchase amount, or $1 if you feel generous).
Fulfillment will be completed through DriveThruRPG. Files will be zipped to ensure they are quicker to download.
Shortly after the finish of the campaign a survey will be sent out. This will happen between Christmas and New Years.
All completed files will be sent out within a week or so after surveys have been collected. Any stretch goals that aren't completed in time will be added once they are completed. This will mean you may need to download the files off DriveThruRPG multiple times to get the complete package. Only in the case that the stretch goals have not been completed by the time the surveys have been sent out.

Risks and challenges
This is my third Campaign for STL files. The first two went smoothly in regards to fulfilling rewards.
I learnt a couple of things to make it go even smoother but all rewards were ready to be sent out on the due date with most people receiving them within days of the close of the campaign.
Files are constantly backed up in the cloud and on USBs so that they are kept safe in the unlikely event of my computer crashing big time.
