We all moved on after everyone died in A Weekend. But remember Susan? Well she didn't die. And neither did her REAL family. Read more

About this project
This will be a sequel to a popular short film I made a little over a year ago called "A Weekend (a very good movie)"
The popularity and appeal this film received got me thinking about how I can keep its mystique going, and I realized there would be nothing more appropriate than making a sequel. The story will revolve around Susan (Diane's daughter Karen's best friend Stephani's mother), and her family.
Q: But Stephani and Susan's husband were murdered in "A Weekend", How does that work?
A: Simple really! Susan married a man so him and his daughter could get their green card. Susan called them her family to strangers so no one would be suspicious. Since they're both dead now, there's no reason to keep the secret anymore.
So now we follow Susan, Troy, her husband, and her two children, Edwin and Tabitha. With stories of friendships, romances, extreme betrayal, and child abduction (<yep!)
*The money I'm trying to raise will go toward upping the production value a little bit and to give the actors and the composer(s) a little more incentive to work on this project (by giving them a little bit of $$). Everyone working with me on the project has either worked with me before on past projects or have been very dedicated fans to past projects. Without these people, this project would not be happening and they deserve some sort of compensation (even it's it's a small amount). It's also important to keep these people fed, and food is not free (well it could be, but I really don't have have the time to hunt for food so I take the easy way out and buy the food).
Stephani and her father and their dog are all dead, yes. But what we didn't know until now was that Susan Married Albert (Stephani's father) so him and his daughter could get a green card. Susan called them "husband and daughter" so as to not seem suspicious. Susan is a very generous woman. She now takes care of Leroy, the man next door.
