We tried smoke signals but it was quite windy on the day.

Here in Brazil we, citizens, need to pay an extra BRL$15 to our government in order to permit the shipment and to pay that fee I need the tracking number.

I you ever try anything like this you will understand that several teething problems do arise , have to be dealt with , and create delays.
The last delay, and please note last delay was really out ofour hands.
But what this whole process has allowed us to do is create a very good system that in future will allow other people like yourself a chance to buy a Saxmonica and get in in days as opposed to months.

Hi Neil. It was a series of little problems that occurred but all is good now.
Our mistake as I tried too hard to ship the whole lot at once.
We have learnt for next time.
Surely this could effect a small percentage of people.
