All most ready.
Alaska a Fish Nutrition founder and CEO Nick Zorich fished the Kenai River and Cook Inlet of Alaska during Salmon season for 25 years. During that time he observed that millions of pounds of salmon by-products were being discarded or used for fertilizer. If the salmon fillets had such high nutritional value then the by-products must also have value as a food product. During the next 7 years he developed a process by which the waste could be converted to an edible product fit for human consumption with an extremely high nutritional value and a shelf life of 3-5 years because of the 5% moisture content. The process maintains the cell structure therefore it still contains all of the Omegas that are contained in the file.
The markets that have been developed are in the Pet Treat Industry and most recently in the World Food Markets for feeding the starving mass around the world. Food Brokers have expressed an interest in the product for the Asian Markets.
Raw material is virtually unlimited since 60% -&0% of the salmon is left after the filleting process,

Risks and challenges
Business Ricks and Plans to Address;
No business is free of risk or unanticipated disasters, however the Company has reviewed certain risks and as reduced or manage where possible.
Repayment of Capital;
If business does not successfully begin operations, investors will have title to marketable land, buildings and equipment with value in excess of their original cash investment or close to it.
AFN has cultivated relationships with dozens of potential customers over the last four years. Several of them have confirmed prices, monthly volumes and terms, in writing. We are confident our first years productions completely sold, at the planned price. Other larger, developmental customers and distributors are also in discussion stages.
RAW Material Sources
AFN will be located in one of Alaska's largest processing centers. Our partners have long term relationships with most major processors and have supply agreements with several of them.
Even at our most aggressive projections, we would only use a small amount of bi-products available in the region.
All pricing will be quoted FOB, Kenai Alaska production plant. Freight risk will be borne by the buyer and not the seller.
We have a trade secret process. Our food grade products appeal to a large group and a wide range of customers.
