Preparations for the alpha version in a full swing

  Greetings friends, backers and fans of Dungeons of Aledorn. We took a bit longer pause to bring you our promised new update. We´ve prepared two game design videos for you about our skill system and about weaponry testing and balancing. The first one is available in Czech with English subtitles and is accompanied by several art-icons of the skills which will be used in the final game. In the video, I´ll explain the skill system on the example of the "Mechanisms" skill.

   The second video where I´m talking mainly about all the weapon and armor types, chances to hit, penetration power and stamina loss has currently no english subtitles, but we´ll gladly add them in the case of enough interest from your side. Apart from the already stated content I also get to mention some interesting facts about the process of testing and some restrictions that have become obvious during the testing. At the end we also test some weapons on several fictional randomly generated enemies. If´d appreciate the subtitles also by this one, be so kind and leave us a message in the comment section or cantact us via our email adress.

The release date of DoA´s alpha version

    As we´ve promised in December, so will it be. The czech version of DoA might be available a bit sooner then the english one, but you should be able to get your hands on the alpha no later than on 31.3.2016. The sparce amount of updates has made several of you a bit upset, but we hope that you´ll understand, when we apologize ourselves for a communication for the sake of delivering a polished alpha version.

      Thanks. I am not in a hurry, just keeping the flow of information going. Two weeks or two months is fine, as long as you keep us in the loop. I have high hopes for your project, I wish you will be able to deliver the next great hit in old-school RPGs.

      It is possible that the day he had come out alpha - 31.3. I make some authorial video. To get at least a taste of what you can look forward.

      At this moment I can say that it probably will not manage exactly. However, it is already in alpha testing stage, so the version already nearing publication. Expected delay the release of Alpha, a week to 14 days.

      I just wanted to say that it is nice – for once – to see a realistic assortment of weapons in an RPG. Also the screens look wonderful! Keep it up!
