This is an I-mail explaining the details details of our newest IP "Cyberpunk Casanova". Please be aware that everyone is subject to the Tritus Technologies' NDA agreement. Any employee who unofficially mentions any and all subject matter contained in this document will face harsh penalties which may include fines, and or imprisonment.
The following documentation is our Marketing Team's presentation for our newest project "Cyberpunk Casanova". In order for all employees to familiarize themselves with "Cyberpunk Casanova", we have made this presentation available to everyone. This is REQUIRED reading for all staff. Any employee that does not comply will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Cyberpunk Casanova is what we like to call a dystopian dating sim! It is our goal to create a dating sim with a western approach. To achieve this and maintain balance with what fans like about the genre, we decided to contrast the "grimdark" setting with bright and vibrant artwork. We also made a decision to raise the danger level. Choices you make in game will not only influence how a person feels about you, but can also shape future “life or death” scenarios and major events for both you and the NPCs. The language and tone of this game is adult. Characters will not shy away from using certain "expletives." Your goal in game is simple. Decide how you will use the wits and influence of the protagonist in order to defeat the greatest enemy of all… BOREDOM. Our estimated release date is February 2017 with our target platforms being PC, Mac, and also iOS, and Android tablet devices.

First the familiar part. In a distant future the world is now being controlled by large corporations. However you won’t be playing the “hero” that fights back against corporate evils. Instead, you take on the role of Enzo Bryson, a talented but free-spirited 26 year old playboy from a rich family.

In an effort to teach Enzo a lesson, his parents strip him of his corporate resources and credit accounts. It is their intention for Enzo to suffer until they return from a business trip in 30 days. In their minds this should be more than enough time for their foolish son to have come to his senses and make the decision to join the company (Tritus Technologies) or be removed from family records.
In those 30 days you will meet colorful characters (mostly women) some of which Enzo wouldn’t have talked to under normal circumstances due to his extravagant lifestyle. With each of these characters you have the option to see how far down the rabbit hole goes or simply move along. It’s important to not let Enzo’s boredom and happy go lucky attitude get the best of him. Because saying the wrong things to the wrong people or making certain decisions can put himself and others in danger.
The choices you make will also influence how things will resolve at the end of those 30 days.


We have made efforts as to not spoil major plot points of the story. As such, these bios will only contain basic information. There will be further clarification on characters as time progresses but we will try our best not to reveal too much.







More characters will be revealed in future updates!

- Dialogue choices can have either minor effects (ex: The person you are talking to starts to dislike you) of major effects (ex: Get kidnapped by thugs).
- You may need to improve one of three stats in order to say certain things or choose certain options. These stats are: Athletics, Precision, and Composure.

- Athletics represents your ability to do physical things such as running away from danger or perform… other “activities”

- Composure represents your ability to handle stressful situations and perform risky actions that could place you at risk

- Precision represents your ability to negotiate and perform intricate tasks like shooting your gun at people. Try not to do that too much because Enzo's a lover not a fighter...
- You can increase these stats by playing minigames, buying implants, performing special actions, or simply getting lucky by selecting certain dialogue choices

- Talking to others is the only way to get information on past events and the current state of world affairs. Information will not be spoon fed to the player but useful info will come up in conversations
- As with any dating sim it is best to get on favorably with the opposite sex. That task may prove harder than it sounds!

Unlike traditional dating sims, courting in this title is very different. It's more aptly described as problem solving. Each woman has a problem or issue that is affecting their lives in a major way. In order to progress favorably Enzo will need to get involved. Sometimes it’s obvious when scenarios are getting dangerous but that won’t be true in every case as situations can have a way of sneaking up on you. Making the decision to bail when things get rough or flat out being a jerk to someone could cause that person to write you off FOR THE REST OF THE GAME!!!
One other unusual element is that solutions unknowingly (and sometimes knowingly) connect these women together in interesting ways. As such you may need to perform certain actions with someone else in order to resolve another person’s issues. Currently there are 8 courtable women in the game (See "Cast" section).

The idea for Cyberpunk Casanova began as an idea for a web comic 3 years ago. After doing research on visual novels and realizing how much more dynamic the idea could become, we set our sights on creating a game instead. The current incarnation of the game has been in development for about 7 months. In that time we have been able to design the characters and core user experience, code the groundwork for some of the fundamental game systems and make great progress on the various minigames that are in this title.

Our primary character portraits are almost completely finished. Our environments are about 30% done and the story is 80% complete.

Cyberpunk Casanova is a project that is years in the making. We are striving to create a different take on a niche genre that many people can enjoy. The talented people who help create this game need to be compensated for their contributions and up until this point this entire project has been funded out of our own pockets. A successful campaign would allow us to:
- Continue to compensate the wonderful artists who are working on this game with us.
- I'd like to hire an additional writer, and if the funding permits possibly a second programmer.
- Deal with the business and legal red tape associated with releasing a game
- Deliver a fun and thrilling visual comic dating sim!

In the event that we receive more funding than we are asking for we have some cool stretch goals that'll enhance the Cyberpunk experience!
- 10,000 = Fully Voiced Dialogue!
We want to give a fully voiced experience for Cyberpunk Casanova instead of only generic responses and pivotal lines. We've assembled an all-star cast of accomplished voice actors such as:
Danielle McCrae (Painwheel from Skullgirls, Karma the Enlightened One from LOL, Isys from Dead Island: Epidemic) Voice of Nina
April Billingsley (Barbara from Resurrection, Theresa from Walking Dead) Voice of Sloane
Jessica Villareal (Former host at Machinima) Voice of Yuehai
- 12,000 = Two additional Storylines

Upon reaching this amount we will be able to add 2 extra storylines to the game! Backers will be able to vote on which of the following story arcs get added:
- A potential AI romance option (Violet)
- A potential Male romance option (Wes)
- A potential Cyber-Heist story / romance option (Angel)
- A potential Story / romance option with a disgruntled Tritus Assistant (Siri)
- 15,000 = Japanese localization

Upon reaching this amount we will be able to localize this title for Japanese audiences. The voice acting however will remain in English.

Patchwork Villain and Jetstreame are part of a video game incubator called the "Level Up Lab" located in the Louisiana Technology Park in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Our passionate group is resolute in making a fantastic and unique visual novel for your enjoyment. Derek Scott (PRIME8PIMPIN) - Creator / Writer / Sound Designer
Derek Scott is a music producer, DJ, sound designer, writer, and figure head of the Patchwork Villain artist collective who has performed in numerous venues across the country and events such as Dolo Jazz Suite, Left Field Experiment, Viberian Experience, SXSW, and BUKU. He has produced a number of projects under the PRIME8PIMPIN moniker and is constantly pushing the boundaries of sound and entertainment.

Godric Johnson (G4M3-H0P) - Producer / Designer
Godric Johnson is an American artist / game developer / musician born & raised from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He's the TRUE founder of Game-hop, his personal brand/style of music he coined in 2006. In 2012 he started Jetstreame, his own game company serving as Producer / Creative Director. To date he's successfully produced 3 titles (Circuit Swap, Crush Hour, & Star Shapers) on iOS, Android, & Blackberry platforms. He's performed at conferences & conventions across the country such as GDC, Gam3rcon, & DigiFEST South.

Edward Simmons - Concept Artist / Backgrounds
Edward Simmons aka Edo has been an artist his entire life. he does everything from design, illustration, and painted works through his skill sets of traditional and digital medias. he has an insane imagination and is constantly drawing, creating, or thinking about what to draw or create next.

Jay Chen - Character Artist / Backgrounds
Jay Chen is an digital illustrator / traditional artist from China who started his art career in 2012. Most of his works are character designs and concepts for video game or animation but he also created many traditional artwork like watercolor paintings & caricatures. He loves to use his imagination to create artwork that touches people's hearts.

Christina Entwisle - UI artist
Christina Entwisle is an artist / illustrator from New Orleans, LA. She loves to design game characters, attend conventions, & hang out with her best friends. She studied at AIE (Academy of Interactive Entertainment) in Lafayette, LA and received her degree in Game art & Animation.

Seth Pontiff - Programmer
Seth Pontiff is our passionate programmer who graduated in a specialized college for programming and game design last year. Of course he's a gamer with his favorite genre being RPGs -- SRPGs and JRPGs, specifically. His favorite game of all-time is Golden Sun: The Lost Age, and he's also a huge fan of the Fire Emblem series.
Risks and challenges
This team faces many of the same potential challenges any independent game development studio would face: over-ambition, feature creep, burnout, creative conflicts, illness or other unforeseeable external forces. Those are our initial challenges. We work on Cyberpunk on a part time basis but each member of this team is very talented & committed while working full time jobs.
Our mission is to provide our players with a high quality product & immersive experience. We have experienced members on our staff that know the full development cycle from prototype to gold.
