OOGEN is a NEW WEB / APP platform for the creation of personalized events, worldwide, maximum personalization, project in rendering!
Oogen a multimedia services activity to support the congress sector and the realization of events.
From the personal experience in the field of events to the propensity and interest for technological innovation comes the desire to create an innovative digital project that solves the most important gups related to the sector. The project involves the creation of a web platform and smartphone app in which users, upon registration, can build, thanks to the help of virtual reality, their event starting from scratch and choosing different solutions offered by the suppliers present on the platform. The basic idea is to create a tool, easy and intuitive, that can allow the customer to have a turnkey solution of their event, where, starting from a need, you get to a pre-built solution independently.
The platform will work on a database rendered in 3D, represented by:
- Location of the Event,
- Integrated services
- Furniture solutions
The 3D will allow to create realistic scenographies and the client, through the contemporary selection of the supplier's location and personalized combinations of objects or services present. The software will create an instantaneous and interactive rendering of the project (event), reconstructing the setting will be possible to interact with the surrounding environment, inserting or eliminating extra elements from the selection (eg a band that plays, jugglers, fire eaters etc), and customizing objects (eg color change of a tablecloth, set-up with a certain type of flowers, etc.).
The platform will allow the customer to navigate in a virtual environment that is perfectly identical to reality and, where a viewer for augmented reality is used, will be able to navigate the location by evaluating the layout of a space.
The customer, through the selection of the elements necessary for his needs, selecting all the services, will have an automatic processing of the detailed estimate. It will also be able to choose among the various suppliers present on the platform to calibrate the estimate on their availability and can also choose to borrow from the various bank agencies on the platform, directly online. For each contract closed via the platform, an insurance policy will be generated to protect the customer and the supplier.
The goal of the project is, among others, that of:
- guarantee greater centrality of the client who can autonomously develop his own projects;
- simplify the method of access to data;
- respond to the strong insight of today's clientele that specifically requires more honesty and greater transparency on the part of companies;
- create synergies and collaborations between suppliers and not only competition;
- simplification of business management processes;
- reduction of the environmental impact.
The business plan envisages a revolution of technical, organizational and production solutions with respect to the current market of events. The creation and design of online events will ensure the reduction of the necessary travel today (eg inspection visit etc), a system of technical surveys of spaces and services and an instantaneous data processing system, ensuring maximum time and money .. It is possible to create and organize an event through optical fiber only, with an easy, economical and low environmental impact data query.
Organizing an event will take a new form. Experience teaches us how much the events affect the system and what impact every event has on the environment, so also the office will be designed in an innovative way with the installation of an "Off Grid Box" (photovoltaic solar panels able to produce energy) in order to create a self-sustaining work environment.
The innovation will be understood not only through the web platform but also with the design and implementation of an innovative office, embracing the philosophy that "to be innovative outside it must also be inside"!
The future of our companies is changing and the 4.0 industry in Italy is still a project: the medium / small companies that are able to adapt to the digital market by improving their digitization systems are still few and far is the goal of reducing costs moving, reducing distances by optimizing time and economic resources, using digital technology to create an innovative ecosystem that respects the environment, optimize the USER / DIGITAL experience to create a positive, simple and reassuring relationship.
Risks and challenges
Today, few event organizing companies use digitization. On the market there are mostly IT companies that design potential apps useful for organizing events but, to date, there is no app that includes all the processes of design and use of events in general.
