Hi Everyone, 

Great news! Our inventory has finally arrived into the US and we expect to begin shipping all rewards soon! Yes, the wait is almost over! Thank you so much for being extremely patient and supportive! We couldn't have done this without you!

Currently our packages are sitting in Long Beach, California and are awaiting customs clearance.

As soon as they clear they will be loaded onto a train and headed to our headquarters in Chicago.

Moved since filling out backerkit or moving soon?

Moved?

If you have moved since filling out backerkit, please update your address as soon as possible on backerkit. Please send us a message if you are not sure if your address is correct or need help editing your address.

Plan on moving soon?

If you plan on moving in the next couple of weeks let us know as soon as possible and we will hold off on shipping you rewards. We don't want them to get lost or shipped to the wrong location.

Live outside the USA?

Also, if you live outside of the USA please make sure you include a town, state, and country, and all the necessary information. We have seen many address that don’t even have a town...meaning those addresses are invalid.

Ordering extra products 

Unfortunately you will not be able to add any extra merchandise to your rewards through backerkit anymore. We charged credit cards a long time ago and cannot reverse that.

If you want to purchase more merchandise you can do that on our website.

Please fill out backerkit if you haven't

There are still over 280 backers who have not even attempted to fill out backerkit. Until those surveys are filled out you won’t be getting your reward. So please fill those out.

We will be sending 1 or 2 more updates before we ship just so everyone is on the same page. 

Also, we will be sending tracking numbers with every reward.  But expect another update or two before anyone receives any tracking info.

      I've just ordered some of the caps as there was a problem with Backerkit when the caps were first announced. I have to admit I was disappointed to be charged an extra $4.99 for shipping.

      It wasn't my decision that you use Backerkit. When I informed you that I was having problems and had lost faith in Backerkit then your response was that I was wrong.
