CE and FCC Test

Posted by DreamMaker (Creator)

Hello backers, how are you doing?

It's been a while since the last update but we are still here.

To make the waiting a little bit more endurable we decided to show you some more photos. Today you will see some pictures taken at the testing service for CE and FCC certification.

We do not really understand all the tests, that's why the photos are without caption. After the Overlord will pass the test it will get the CE mark and the FCC certificate.

 Thank you for your attention!

Poor Overlord. Stuck for hours in interrogation rooms from the dark age.

I can't wait! I've ordered the printer for my Primary School and I am so looking forward to letting the children loose on it.

Of all the tests, it's the 'Dark Chinese Office Passability Test' (D-COPT in the trade) which is the most critical. This is where the 'Black Devil' may fail as there's specific rules for anything with 'devil', 'evil', 'overlord','ominus', 'dictator' or a few other words in the description or name. They're specifically required to cause a feeling of unease and spookiness of at least 2.3GhB (See the beginning of the original Ghost Busters movie, the scene in the library basement. That scene is 1GhB)
Which is why you never see the 'Little Dictator' series pocket calculators anywhere. They really, really failed the test.

Oh, I can help here. This is the 'Pointy Test', 'Red Room Test', 'Dark Chinese Office Passability Test', then it's just a sign, 'Machines that go Bing Test', and the '99.98 Test'.

Looks all good to me. Great work guys. Rubber Stamp it!
